It's Arby's. I was nervous with the low reviews, but the employees were nice and prompt, and food was what I expected for a fast food restaurant.

Went through the drive through, gave a complete order, the order was repeated and I get to the window and received one item. I told the server this was not my complete order, she just asked me what it was. I never got a receipt from the first part so I had to ask for it as well as the second part. No apologies or anything. Just attitude. My food was good but the service was less than desired.

They didn’t participate in Veterans Day specials that 500 other locations did.

They don’t think realize they’re located in a big military/veteran area. Pretty disgraceful they couldn’t come off a $5 sandwich.

It was such a great experience I had not been to an Arby's in about a year and I decided to go to this Arby's and I was so enthralled by my experience I came away with this magical sense of gratitude and felt for the first time complete in my life

I ordered potato cakes online, but they were out. I got crinkle fries instead. This is disappointing as the potato cakes are why I go to Arby's.

The fries were good for what they were. But they were no order of potato cakes.

The online ordering process bothers me as there is no way to save a credit card.

The service inside is fine. Its the annoying app that forces me to order everything online to get deals, vs just being able to go through drive through and use the deals there. Its not a user friendly app. Wasn't any other category to rate it so please see my low service rating for that belonging to the Arby's Corp, and not the store employees.

I had tried this location a couple of years ago and found the service to be very lackluster. Plus the employees at the register were unintelligible & hardly spoke any English along with the fact that its dinning room was conspicuously empty (too many 🚩 flags so haven’t been back since then).
