I had tried this location a couple of years ago and found the service to be very lackluster. Plus the employees at the register were unintelligible & hardly spoke any English along with the fact that its dinning room was conspicuously empty (too many 🚩 flags so haven’t been back since then).

ERROR ERROR

came in late last night and ordered via the app to get a deal, the app said that this location was out of the Andes candies milkshake but thankfully I talked to one of the employees and he actually let me know that the milkshakes were actually available and he didn't know why the app said they weren't so I ordered a milkshake inside. I ate my jalepeño poppers, curly fries, and milkshake at a table and despite it being late and a bit close to closing time this employee was incredibly nice. Sadly most of my fries seemed to have been overcooked or left out for a while because they were hard but other than that everything was great especially the service.

This location won't last they only have 2 people working one cook and one person talking care of the drive through, dine in, and carryouts which makes for very slow service. So on Thursday I ordered online they didn't have all my items as they were out so I asked for a refund for those items but they could not process my refund because I ordered online, they said I needed to call even when I called they could not refund my money they could only submit an application to receive my refund. I still have not been contacted about my order or my refund.

Establishment wasn't open during posted hours. To me that's an automatic fail. The drive through was probably open but my disappointment pushed me to go elsewhere.

Came for lunch today. We ordered on the app. When the food was ready we asked for 2 cups for water...they said it was $.53 each for water...who charges for water? We were already on the fence about this location as they have previously only given us 2 arbys sauces when we ordered 2 full meals, but we definitely will not be back and can't recommend it to anyone. I'd rather drive 15 minutes down to chantilly or do without.

Worst service in the industry. Ordered online, when I got there, they made me wait 15 min while food sat on counter cold. I asked for manage who ignored me and turned his back on me.
