came in late last night and ordered via the app to get a deal, the app said that this location was out of the Andes candies milkshake but thankfully I talked to one of the employees and he actually let me know that the milkshakes were actually available and he didn't know why the app said they weren't so I ordered a milkshake inside. I ate my jalepeño poppers, curly fries, and milkshake at a table and despite it being late and a bit close to closing time this employee was incredibly nice. Sadly most of my fries seemed to have been overcooked or left out for a while because they were hard but other than that everything was great especially the service.

This location won't last they only have 2 people working one cook and one person talking care of the drive through, dine in, and carryouts which makes for very slow service. So on Thursday I ordered online they didn't have all my items as they were out so I asked for a refund for those items but they could not process my refund because I ordered online, they said I needed to call even when I called they could not refund my money they could only submit an application to receive my refund. I still have not been contacted about my order or my refund.

Came for lunch today. We ordered on the app. When the food was ready we asked for 2 cups for water...they said it was $.53 each for water...who charges for water? We were already on the fence about this location as they have previously only given us 2 arbys sauces when we ordered 2 full meals, but we definitely will not be back and can't recommend it to anyone. I'd rather drive 15 minutes down to chantilly or do without.

Really had the craving for Arby’s. Wanted to try the Bourbon BBQ Brisket sandwich, and they have potato cakes and mozzarella sticks so I brought the kids. We ate lunch inside. Not only was it bright, clean and spacious, but the staff was very nice. Manager just gave me a warm vibe. Enjoyed lunch there.

I came from afar to try Arby's and it was wonderful how the store manager took care of me. It was a good treatment and without a doubt I would go again a thousand times if you can. I love the fabulous work and there's no need to talk about the food. It's so good as well as the service
Parking: I live in Maryland and I was passing through Virginia Sterling and it reminded me of the good treatment and good service and it also reminded me of the number of parking lots that there are.

Enjoyed the classic roast beef with the cheese sauce and the jalapeño bites. The food was fresh and delicious. We also had the tenders wraps with the ranch and honey mustard and both were good.
