We love their bread -- my daughter insists on their baguette in her lunch every day. It freezes well, too.
I purchased a loaf of sourdough from Baguette Republic at the Burke farmers market on Saturday May 17th (the market is Saturdays only so I know that was the date). When I got home I noticed the production date listed on the bread was May 18th, so I do not trust the freshness or quality of their goods.
They dont answer there calls when they are opened
Purchased a Sourdough Boule that was production date was 10 28/24 which is the day I bought it. Tasted bread and was tough as leather. Threw it in the trash can.
I had the cream cheese chocolate muffin, and it was amazing—light, not too sweet, and perfectly balanced. Best muffin I have had . Really appreciate the experience of enjoying every bite. Their cranberry walnut scone is also delicious! Plus, the owner is super nice. Highly recommend their products.

I ordered bread every week but today Saturday, the person who answered my call ..was very rude he yelled at me ,I understand that sometimes we all have a bad day, but at work we have to give our best. I hope this man does well the rest of the day.
Half the time they screw up orders. Either we don't get everything we ordered, they mix up the sizes so we end up with smaller pastries than we ordered. Sometimes the things we ordered wrapped looked like they have been wrapped by someone who's been drinking. A lot of time our scones are broken when I open the box, muffins all over the place. Things are all mixed together so getting a correct countcan be confusing. Their pastries are just ok.

Best bakery in Nova for quality of goods. Wish they had a cute cafe to order from.
Great products terrible customer service. If you miss the deadline and even if it's their mess up they will not budge, they will not correct anything. They won't let you cancel an order nothing. Don't waste your time they will leave you high and dry.

Always have to stop at their booth at the one Loudoun farmers market. Best cheese danishes, and muffins you can find in the area!
