Stopped by to get some ice cream. Asked to try a couple of flavors due to have not saw them before. Asked attendant if i could try some. She said no. Then i asked what if i did not like the flavor. She looked at me like i was playing or saying a joke. Well, i was not. In fact i bought the ice cream Jamoca almond. I did bot like the flavor. It was too sweet. I would not come back to this store due ro the response and lack of customer service.

Visited this location tonight. Walked in and there were 3 employees and only 1 other customer who was purchasing a large quantity of donuts. The other 2 employees were standing with their arms crossed staring at the floor. No hello BTW. I asked 1 of the girls if they could help me. She mumbled no since the young man working had an order on the register. He suggested she delete his transaction so she could assist me. She said no the owner wouldn’t like to see a deleted transaction. Don’t you think she could made my order and then ring it up after? Nope! Just standing around waiting for the very pleasant young man to make my order. Looks like the owner needs cameras of to spend a little more time at his business.

Bad service, employee grab the donuts without a napkin, wearing the same gloves she used in the register (with all the germs on it). Should have better food handling precautions.

Joke. Check out the size of the scoop of ice cream. When questioned, staff said they used to provide bigger scoop's, but their boss told them not to and measure it now … which we did not see them do!!!!

Dirty restaurant, and to make it worse....says it's open until 10. But closed most of the time and they should take drive thru off their ad because always closed even though plenty of people there?Very poor and inexperienced help with no customer service.

I don’t like that this branch doesn’t dosamples. Kids love to taste new flavors every time they come to Baskin Robins but here can’t.

kids liked the combined doughnut and ice cream shop. decent flavor selection but it's a half size so not the full 31 flavors - but they have the classics. They did seem short staffed and they were very slow on my husband's but they did great on the kids with fun cups and they were nice when the kids ordered.

Wanted to get 2 flavors put in one drink they said no , offered to pay full price for them said they could not do that. Poor customer service skills. On top of that the place was dirty. Definitely recommend not going here go someplace else!!!

I imagine the ice cream tastes good, as it’s a nationwide chain, but the customer service and lack of choices had me out the door instead of ordering. They didn’t have any of the seasonal flavors, nor did they have cookies and cream or cookie dough. I wanted to order a cake for this weekend and the girl who was helping us seemed disinterested at best. When I asked if they were out of the two flavors, I was met with an, “I think so.” And when I asked if they would have them by the weekend for a cake order (which online ordering said I could do), I was met with another “think” response. I finally asked if there was anyone who would know for sure and the other person she got was equally unhelpful. Save yourself the trip and go to the Baskin Robbins on Reston Parkway. Much better selection and more helpful employees.

None of the sundaes listed on the menu are on the menu in the store. The staff doesn't know the ice cream flavors. Cleanliness and food safety are clearly an issue as well.

Worst customer service. You will never find a variety of ice cream flavors. For some reason they're always out in the middle of the day! Seems as if employees are train to provide an attitude rather then a decent customer service. Save your time and find some place else.
