My husband and I asked for 2 Mangonadas, first time trying, and we didn’t realize they were spicy until we tasted. Adam and his friend changed our drinks kindly.
Thank you guys, we feel very welcomed.
***Formal Complaint Regarding Discriminatory and Incompetent Staff Behavior***

I am writing to express extreme dissatisfaction with the recent treatment my family received at the Baskin Robbins Sterling branch on June 28, 2025. The behavior of your staff was not only highly incompetent but also resulted in the severe humiliation of my family without cause.
We are long-standing and loyal Baskin Robbins customers, not just in the US but across multiple international branches. This incident is unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of basic manners and communication skills among your employees. We believe this treatment may constitute discrimination.
We demand immediate action be taken against the individuals responsible. This matter will be escalated to Baskin Robbins management and owners for further review and resolution.
Reposting my daughters review :
I arrived at this BR + Dunkin combo with my daughter for ice cream. We arrived 20 minutes before the door signs and website say they will close. They had all the ice cream still in the display and 0 donuts. They informed us that they were closing and we could get donuts but no ice cream. Again, there were no donuts, and all the ice cream was in the display + the attendant was standing by the register. There's no better way to alienate your customers than to turn them away for no reason.
Ok wow. First of all they only had about 5 flavors of ice cream (so much for 31 flavors) and they couldn’t make a milkshake because their blender was broken. We left and went to the Baskin-Robbins in Northpojnt. Much better.
Ice cream freezers are down half the time. Out of chocolate chip, chocolate, and even vanilla. Should take down ice cream sign and just stay a doughnut shop.
Came out at 9:20 with friends and the 2 ladies inside stated that it closed at 9. Everything says closes at 10, but I guess they don't want to do the job they are being paid to do. Walked out without a purchase and an going to McDonald's for a basic ice cream cone.
This place is a MESS!!! Don’t waste your time! The two staff that were working were too busy playing on their phones to be bothered with the customers. My kids got the “creature creations” to which they didn’t have the hats or the tails for the dragons, (along with only having 7 flavors available..not even having vanilla, chocolate or cotton candy) so it was a scoop of ice cream with sprinkles. My son got gummy bears on his and when I realized they were extremely hard and I asked for sprinkles instead the employee argued with me that I needed to pay for an extra topping even though I said I didn’t want the stale gummy bears because my son would choke on them: there were no napkins anywhere, the tables were disgusting, the trash overflowing and looked like the tables hadn’t been wiped in days(the employees were to busy on their phones to care)…all together a horrible experience, definitely recommend going somewhere, anywhere else!!!!!
The service was good they got right to us. But we ordered 2 milkshakes and let's just say they were more milk than shake. They were so liquidity that is it was like we left them out for and hour before eating. Will not be going back for milkshakes.

Stopped by to get some ice cream.
Asked to try a couple of flavors due to have not saw them before.
Asked attendant if i could try some. She said no.
Then i asked what if i did not like the flavor. She looked at me like i was playing or saying a joke.
Well, i was not. In fact i bought the ice cream Jamoca almond. I did bot like the flavor. It was too sweet.
I would not come back to this store due ro the response and lack of customer service.

Visited this location tonight. Walked in and there were 3 employees and only 1 other customer who was purchasing a large quantity of donuts. The other 2 employees were standing with their arms crossed staring at the floor. No hello BTW. I asked 1 of the girls if they could help me. She mumbled no since the young man working had an order on the register. He suggested she delete his transaction so she could assist me. She said no the owner wouldn’t like to see a deleted transaction. Don’t you think she could made my order and then ring it up after? Nope! Just standing around waiting for the very pleasant young man to make my order. Looks like the owner needs cameras of to spend a little more time at his business.
Bad service, employee grab the donuts without a napkin, wearing the same gloves she used in the register (with all the germs on it). Should have better food handling precautions.

Joke. Check out the size of the scoop of ice cream. When questioned, staff said they used to provide bigger scoop's, but their boss told them not to and measure it now … which we did not see them do!!!!

Waited over 10 minutes with only one other customer in the store. That’s ridiculous. It would’ve been much longer I'm sure, but I walked out.
Dirty restaurant, and to make it worse....says it's open until 10. But closed most of the time and they should take drive thru off their ad because always closed even though plenty of people there?Very poor and inexperienced help with no customer service.
