We don't have a local Ben and Jerry's at home so this was a nice treat to find this stand in the mall food court. One young man working by himself on a Saturday night did his best to keep the line moving the best he could. He even had to fend off stray kids entering the stand because parents are too busy on their phones not watching their toddlers. Ice cream that night was so-so, but the young boy that worked the stand got 5 stars from me.

I love the shakes from here! Erica (Hope I spelled her name right!) was super friendly yet professional. I was short after using a voucher and the system wouldn't take my card so she used her own coins to make up for the deficit. Also made sure to wash her hands and keep things clean and sanitary. Both her and Mike are two wonderful employees who care about customer service.

Arrived before 8:30 and both employees stated the hours on the kiosk were pre-covid hours and they don’t close at 9. Meaning they must close at 8 although hours on google and the sign state 9.

Yes, we came late. But, no vanilla or chocolate. I was told there was no strawberry but one of the boys had already given that to me. Turns out. the other guy just didn't want to scoop hard ice cream. At least Not until 3 pretty young ladies came up after one person had been turned away because of the time. Then, the big guy decided he could scoop vanilla.Not happy.
