First and last time
I decided to try Bojangles for the first time while shopping in the plaza, but it was a terrible experience.
I had trouble ordering at the drive-thru speaker, and when I pulled up to the window to ask for a recommendation, the employee was visibly annoyed.
I ordered two pieces of chicken, specifically requesting 'not spicy.' When I opened the food, I was shocked by how the chicken looked.. it seemed very old. It also turned out to be spicy 😟 which I can't tolerate, and the chicken itself tasted old and bad 👎. Since yesterday, both my mom and I have had severe diarrhea 🤢.
If the lady hadn't been so rude, I would have gone back to let her know, but I didn't want the hassle.
I won't be back.

I went in today to order carry out. I assume it was a catering order they were completing but they were very busy and seemingly understaffed. The manager was very polite and professional and was very apologetic. I got my food very quickly and was on my way.

The best Bojangles I've been to in years. I've been multiple times and every time the staff has been top-notch and the food delicious. It's a nice change of pace from other run-down ones I've seen in other states.
