The best Bojangles I've been to in years. I've been multiple times and every time the staff has been top-notch and the food delicious. It's a nice change of pace from other run-down ones I've seen in other states.

Only had a biscuit because the front counter took so long to even when there was only 1 person ahead of me. The biscuit was excellent, just came out of the oven. I decided to go to Fuddruckers because they were open by then.

First time experiencing Bojangles. The food was good, not too greasy but a little on the dry side
Their sauce is tasty. The gentleman working the drive thru window was fabulous! Super nice and friendly. Will go back again simply because of his vibe!
Drive thru ordering process was not my favorite but it worked. All automated, don't talk to an actual person. I'm not a fan. Overall 3.5 stars.

This Bojangles just isn’t like the ones down South. The food is… well, let’s call it “mediocre with confidence.” The biscuits are overcooked and miss that buttery softness you’d expect. The chicken? Extra crispy, sure—but it feels like someone forgot to invite the flavor to the party. And the sweet tea, which should be the crown jewel, is more “meh” than memorable.

That said, I’ve got to give credit where it’s due: the food usually comes out hot, and the staff is warm and welcoming. Hospitality goes a long way, and they’ve definitely got that part right.

Bottom line: it’s not the Bojangles experience you’d get in the South, but it’s not without a few redeeming qualities.

This Bojangles uses AI to take your order through the drive thru and it doesn’t display what it thinks you are ordering properly AND it doesn’t repeat back what it thinks you ordered either. Well, the AI didn’t get it right, and to make it worse, the staff didn’t even give me exactly what the AI thought I ordered. It feels like you could order a classic fried chicken combo and end up with spaghetti (or a grilled chicken with lettuce and tomato in my case). If you want to feel awkward, rushed, and frustrated all in a single visit, run - don’t walk - to the Bojangles in Sterling!

The mgr that waited on us was very nice. However the food was awful. The chicken had no taste as if they not put any season on it. The chicken thighs under cooked blood in the middle. Mashed potatoes were dry and flavorless. And the one girl that was putting the order together was very rude , didn’t smile or anything. I been here before and the food is normally good that’s why I didn’t mind driving an hour and 16 mins to get there but I don’t think I will be going back here. $47 wasted!
