Food is cold. I asked for the chicken strips it is cold. Beans are hot. I ordered green beans I got the pinto beans. The quality of food does not taste great. The quantity is also less comparing with the other food chains.

Sometimes, you go to a fast food place, and the food is not good. Today, Bojangles was right on—very friendly service. The two-piece meal was hot and juicy. The spices were perfect. It's one of my best-fried chicken meals ever. Thanks, Bojangles.

They have now an AI ordering system which was not helpful and difficult. I got home and found my deluxe chicken sandwich had red spicy sauce on it and I had to throw away. They don't even list a telephone number on receipt.

Food was great, superior to KFC. Service was fast, but no one had a smile and seemed a bit grim. Interior felt like the people staff I saw...gloomy and grim. Food tho, is what you pay for --- Drive through next time

How I have made it to this point in my life without ever going to a bojangles is baffling. I had to come up to the area for something else and just decided to grab a chicken sandwich on the way out of the shopping complex and it's definitely the best (i.e. crispiest) fast food chicken sandwich I've ever had. I only tried the sandwich and sadly I don't live very close so I'm not sure I'll be back but if they open more in the area I definitely will go again.

I love Bojangles. They are much nicer than Royal Farms and KFC. They serve breakfast all day which is nicer than McDonald's, Bob Evans, or Virginia Kitchen.
