I’m obsessed with Vietnamese coffee and Banh mi. This Vietnamese coffee was definitely hitting the spot for me. It had the flavors and taste that I love. The barista was so helpful when I asked him questions. I highly recommend this place 10/10. The only thing I would like for next time is less ice as the ice to drink ratio wasn’t what I wanted but the flavors made up for it. I just wanted more drink and less ice. The pork banh mi was 8/10. It tasted great I just thought the bread could be better. I got it with the side of spicy mayo and that was delicious as well. The size of the banh mi was perfect for the price you get a big size portion. It was cut in half as well which I love so I can take the other half home and eat it later. Both places are inside the same space. There is lots of outside parking. You order at the kiosk and pay there as well. There is one for each place.

Ordered a beef bahn mi, steak pho, and pork bowl. All was absolutely delicious! Perhaps the best beef pho I have had in this area. The meats on the sandwich and bowl were well marinated and had nice char.
Was dead when I picked up but they look ready to provide quick service and have several self order kiosks.
Hope they update the signage for this restaurant, it is only marked as a tea and boba place currently.
Conveniently located alongside TeaDM is the Vietnamese restaurant Bon Me Shack - serving delicious Vietnamese food! The Garlic shrimp on rice. Garlic steak on rice, spring rolls - all were 😋 Perfect to go with your bobba teas!

BEST garden rolls in the DMV! So fresh & packed with flavor. Their peanut sauce is thick and tasty—unlike other places where the sauce is watered down. Generous portions of everything, and the Shrimp Pho is incredible. A great vibe here, too—music, plenty of seating in a wide, spacious area, and super clean. The staff is kind and efficient, & the prices are fair. A great place to grab a casual bite to eat!

The food here is definitely really good. I've had the Pho here as well as the garlic shrimp. Both were quite good. For the pho, they give you Hoisin and Sriracha. Truth be told, you don't need either as the pho broth is delicious. The people were friendly and helpful as well. My only advice would be to be prepared to wait and be forgiving too as they have a small kitchen with not a ton of personnel and can get overwhelmed quite easily. Sometimes, you may only have to wait 8 minutes. Other times, you may nearly have to 30 minutes like today. They may accidentally cut up your noodles too much if they're rushing like today but that's not a common occurrence. Overall, great food, but be wary of occasional long wait times.
