Read before enter here,
You won’t get what you order here. I ordered Grilled Salmon with mashed potato and Broccoli, but they served Salmon with Fries. I asked them why? They said they were out of mashed potato.
I remained hungry after paying $40. Now, heading to another restaurant.

At last, I did not tip 😀

Holy hell…. My standards for airline food are pretty low but this place somehow lowered my bar for what bottom is. Food came before our drinks… we got a draft beer, a coke and a margarita… took them like 15 minutes to greet us. Food took 20ish minutes. Drinks about 25 mins. Food lacked flavor…. Jalapeño margarita was good. After eating, we waited another like 25 minutes to get our check. I wish this was an exaggeration. Yikes

We were seated then totally forgotten about. Tried to flag a waiter down but were ignored for 30 minutes so we finally left. I guess they didn’t want our business after all. Horrible service.

I tried their tomato soup with grill cheese, the soup tasted sweet and tangy though the quantity was very less than the priced, the grill cheese didn’t have any taste it was very blend, wouldn’t eat this again here. Overall I’d not recommend the grill cheese and tomato soup here. Thanks!

My chicken sandwich was lackluster. I asked for swiss cheese on the sandwich and instead received cheese wiz. No lettuce, no tomato and no useful options other than fries. I will not revisit.

Very poor service. The waiter lost our order and came back to us to get it again. Then he brought us the wrong food! Don't go there! Food was awful!

Seated at a trough facing a wooden wall. Paid $34 for a tiny portion of unseasoned salmon with a side of caesar salad. Frequent traveler. This was the worst sit down meal I’ve had in an airport. Management should never be allowed to run a kitchen. Walk a little further to options that aren’t complete trash.

Just went in for a quick beer. They can handle that much. Prices are high. No way would I eat the awful looking food there.

Honestly shocking that this is how they served my $17 cocktail. Food was served on plastic plates and with plastic utensils (!?)

Not exaggerating: The steak was genuinely one of the worst meals I've had in my life and I'm questioning how this place continues to operate. I was starving and still couldn't finish my expensive meal...

Seems like every single employee is undertrained and they do not have an actual chef.

If you're reading these reviews, you dodged a bullet!!! Sorry to everyone else that, like me, didn't think to check reviews for an airport restaurant...

World’s smallest portion for the price they charge. $17 a drink was one sip of liquid with the cup filled with ice. Barely any meat in the sandwich. Don’t come.

So bad. Service was horrobl3. Steak was overcooked, veggies were cold, and the waitress never came back to check. I should have looked at the reviews before I sat down.

The reason for this one star review is that this is an on the ground restaurant in an airport and it is not take away food, and yet the food is served with plastic utensils. That is unforgivable on an airplane but reprehensible on the ground.

Horrible slow service, rude staff, food was extremely overpriced and soaked in oil. And the waitress asked twice for us to tip more after the awful service for our dinner and us having to to the host stand to get our check. Do not go here and waste your money.

This is the worst restaurant I’ve visited! The service is horrible, and the food is dirty. Don’t
even try the food!

I recently dined at the Bracket Room at the airport, and while the food and ambiance were acceptable, my experience was marred by the service. The waitress was unusually pushy when it came to tipping, which made the entire experience uncomfortable.

After receiving service that was neither exceptional nor poor, I added a tip that I felt reflected the quality of the service. However, the waitress approached me, insisting that I add 15%, 18%, or 20%, even going so far as to show me other bills as examples of how much others had tipped. This was a first for me, and frankly, it felt inappropriate and intrusive.

Tips, by their very nature, are discretionary and based on the diner’s experience. Being pressured to tip a certain amount detracted from the otherwise decent dining experience. It’s unfortunate because the staff’s attitude overshadowed what could have been a simple, stress-free meal.

I hope the management addresses this behavior, as tipping is a choice and should not come with added pressure. It would significantly improve the experience for future customers.
