Bracket Room

Cold fries (we ate them because we were very hungry and had been travelling all day), followed by a broken cup dripping water all over my laptop bag (which we cleaned up ourselves as the waiter seemed unable) and then a 10-minute wait for a fresh cup of water (which we had to ask for).
He was surprised when I wasn’t keen on a leaving a tip, and frankly being told that he “was working for nothing on a holiday” went down particularly badly with me.

I wish we’d checked the reviews….

Food is decent. Service is insanely bad. If you’re eating solo and it’s dead they’ll try to shove you on a barstool with zero space to eat

I ordered the steak at Bracket Room for $46 (before tax), and unfortunately, it was a big letdown. The food came out cold and was completely lacking in flavor. For the price, I expected a hot, well-seasoned meal, but it tasted like it had been sitting for a while before reaching the table.

The service was decent, but the quality of the food did not match the high price. Overall, not worth the cost. I’d recommend trying another spot in the airport if you’re looking for a good meal.

This was so bad LOL I ordered a simple cheeseburger and it was poorly assembled, the presentation was messy, and they didn’t even give us water

Wish I could rate this lower.

This food was extremely overpriced. It was not seasoned at all.

The service was slow due to lack of staff (poorly managed).

My girlfriend has been shitting and throwing up every hour after eating this food.

I hate you bracket room. I wish I never came across your sign.

Great service and fully staffed, good beer on tap at $13 beer. Wines we tried pinot grigio- not good $16 glass and prosecco was sweet and fizzy. Had an old fashioned it was over sweet at $17. Food is good, sandwiches $17 and steak $40.
Why does the menu font need to be so small?
Music is on a very short loop, we heard the same list 3x in about 2 hours. All in all good option if ur in Terminal B but expensive as all airport options.

I ordered a crispy buttermilk fried sandwich to go with me on my flight. The sandwich was good. I cut it in 1/2 and as I was about half way through one half and felt a hair in my mouth. Pulled it out and it was a black hair, about 4 inches long. Not my hair, I have gray-white long hair. I have a very weak stomach and gag reflex. I just tried very hard to dismiss it and not make a scene (already on plane). Discarded the rest. So gross and disappointing.

Trash- Save your time and money. This is my $40 filet mignon. It’s just cooked food. Steamed/boiled veggies, cooked meat, no seasoning AT ALL. Slow service. Even the cokes were super flat. All plastic ‘silverware’. Very low end.

Wings were great

I have this tradition to have a beer before starting a vacation (especially an overseas one). So nestled in at the Bracket Room and two 12oz Loose Cannon IPA's came to $37!!! For context, a case of Loose Cannon is $43. Thank you Bracket Room - you will save me hundreds of dollars on future flights - I will never be ripped off by you again!

Server was extremely rude from the outset. Then when I went to pay the server told me my card didn't work at the POS machine she used, and I'd have to go with her to a different POS, quite far away. She didn't let me bring my baby in a stroller because the floors has been mopped. I was quite uncomfortable about this but begrudgingly went with her as we had to get to the gate to board. Low and behold, both charges appeared on my card so then I had to waste time and hassle calling my card company to raise a dispute. Wish we'd gone to the lovely wine bar instead, but happened to be in the mood for beer rather than wine that evening. I will not make the same mistake the next time I travel via IAD.

We asked for a table for drinks only at the beginning. Once guided to our place we asked again to be sure to get a place for drinks only. Once guided to our tables we were insulted since since we were „lying to get a table“ while only ordering drinks. We were allowed to drink our drinks while imediatelly getting the check. We were harassed during our stay and even after jugging our drinks down to just flee.
