Do you want a meal that is so filling and satisfying that you feel like you could hibernate right after? Just curl up like an exhausted grizzly and forget the world until your belly is no longer full? Then go to Brazza and get ready to bring on blissful exhaustion.

I’ve been here three or four times now and have tried several menu items. Everything comes to the table quickly and perfectly delicious. The meats are tender and flavorful, and the crispy skin on the pork belly chicharrón sings when you scrape it with a fork. The sides are hearty and massive, with the fried plantains being especially delicious bars of golden delight (I recommend the tomato and onion salad as the perfect side with the chicharrón). There are lots of drink options, too: the papelón is the best limeade for a hot day, and the chicha-criolla vaso is like a milkshake delivered directly from heaven.

The absolute star of my heart, though, is the blood sausage. The skin has a delicate snap, the filling is silky in consistency, and the flavor is robust and rich. Add the smallest drop of the hot sauce (ask for it specifically) to change and amplify the flavor into something even more interesting. If you have never tried blood sausage before, Brazza offers an exceptionally palatable way to try it through the homogenous filling, rich spices, and minimal tangy flavor. If you already enjoy blood sausage (I grew up eating boudin), then you should try what I consider the smoothest and most complexly flavored version I’ve ever eaten.

Long review short, go to Brazza if you want amazing meats, refreshing drinks, and delicious food in general, all at an excellent price. And you get Carlos’ warm welcome and big smile for free!

Truly good wood-fired steak, if you want red meat, look no further than this hidden gem! Sides are really good, too.

The food and service was great. Carlos made us feel very welcome. His recommendations were spot on. The portions were generous. The food was made fresh, homemade, authentic and really, really good. Price was reasonable including drinks and appetizer. Highly recommend!

If you’re reading this…you! YES YOU! You NEED to make this your next stop if you want authentic and delicious Latin flavors that make this a stand out but oh-so hidden GEM. First, the man Carlo running the show is so friendly, and his right hand wife fires up some of the best food this side of the Mississippi and makes me reminisce of over the border. I have to say that I’m absolutely addicted to their steak and their ranger burger. This burger is no joke, bigger than my fist, you can see the photo for comparison. This burger has a burger patty, steak, cheddar cheese, ham, chorizo, thin crispy potato straws, a fried over easy egg on top and a green house made chipotle lime crema that is TO DIE FOR. I asked for extra crème, they brought me the bottle 🤣, I asked for the fries extra crispy and they did not disappoint, they are some of the best fries in the area!!!When everything came out I was practically salivating at the gills. Needless to say I crushed the whole thing and the flavor is unlike anything you’d be able to replicate so it’s a one of a kind Sammich, and I WILL be back to get another. You can legit taste the love in every dish.

This is my 4th time coming to this location and each time it has been a great experience. Carlos is an amazing owner and loves what he does. The restaurant is very and the customer service is impeccable. You can taste the pride of their culture that he and his family put into the food. The steaks melt your mouth and has so much flavor. The other meat dishes taste just as great as they too have amazing flavor. The black beans are amazing and not the canned beans as he shared. His mother puts her soul in the beans and I always make sure to order them. I tend to order half pound of steak with the two sides, or my favorite snack, the mini empanadas. I've tried the shredded beef cachapa! You guys are missing out...Amazing. Queso de Mano paired with the steak and sauce...delicious! And if you're there on the weekends...they have weekend only dishes such as Sancocho and a great weekend vibe with amazing traditional music. They energy and the food makes me feel so at home and that's a plus!

What a gem of a restaurant! The food was amazing! The steak has great flavor and the green love sauce is addicting. Try the international sodas, those are fun! One of the owners, he was so helpful and patient. We had never had Venezuelan food and he explained the menu to us with no hesitation. We will for sure be back. Give them a try!

My wife and I love coming here. My favorite dish is the Pabellon Criollo. I've also enjoyed the Cubanzuela Sandwich. You can't go wrong with an order of the Fried Yucca, coleslaw, or back beans. If you want something similar to mozzarella sticks, try the Tequenones and dip it in the Cilantro Green Sauce. This is our favorite spot to bring visiting friends and family.

Tequeños are not really Tequeños, the dough of the queen pepiada is not even remotely the real dough of the queen pepiada, it looks more like gravy or Maizena. We also ordered beef sticks and it tasted good, but in addition to being cold, it arrived hard. The service is good but the food, at least what we ordered, is far from being traditional Venezuelan food.
