I love getting my take out dinners here! The burgers are some of the juiciest I’ve ever tasted! The fries are seasoned very well and the tater tots are cooked just right to perfection!

I ordered 40 wings placed order online and had selected ranch dipping sauce to my surprise when I got home there was no ranch in the bag so I had to eat wings with no ranch I don’t know how hard it is to follow instructions and just put ranch cups in the bags like requested oh well I’m not surprised by the type of people they got working their

I placed an order of various items for delivery. When I received the order, the fried that I ordered were not delivered. When I called the store, the person I spoke to told me to drive to the store to pick up the fries because they don't have a delivery driver. I tried to explain to them that the reason I placed the order as delivery was because I had family visiting and I could not leave my home. I was then transferred over to the manager and ultimately did not have my issue resolved. The manager asked for my contact information and said that the other manager would give me a call the following day to give me a refund for the fries that I ordered because they did not have a way to have a driver deliver the fries to me that evening. This happened to me on Saturday, August 2nd, we are not Tuesday, August 5th and I have not heard back from anybody at Buffalo Wild Wings. It's not fair to have the restaurant charge me for something that was not delivered. The reason I have not tried calling back is because the value of the fries is insignificant for me but the lack of responsibility on the manager's behalf is what stands out to me.

When i got my order. They gave me the wrong order. The receipt had my name on it but when I called and notified them. They accused me of grabbing the wrong bag but again it had my name on it. Then when I ask to speak with a manager. There was no manager there. So they gave me the manger number to call but hung up before I could write it down.

This is what you always hoped for when you went to bww. Fast, friendly, and delicious. Food has always been cooked great and such a pleasure doing business here.
