Pretty good; went with my friend and his girlfriend yesterday and it was cool. The different sauces were neat as well. My burger was slightly overly salted but the meal was pretty good!!

I have never experienced a more absent minded and incompetent cashier. She messed up our order and what appears everyone else in line as well. Ordering 3 items took almost 12 minutes she seemed stoned or something. My wife and I are both restaurant GMs. If the manager reads this- your team is hurting your business.
Absolutely bottom tier customer service. No ketchup or any sauces available on the line. Mediocre food as well, especially since half our order was wrong.
This level of negligence over basic customer service proves why this place is dead.

Burgers are great! Ordered the 101 on my first time and the Bacon Cheesy on the next. Super juicy and flavorful. If you ask for medium, you get medium, unlike many other burger places. Service is nice, and doesn’t seem forced. Atmosphere is unlike any other, but in a good way; relaxed, mostly. All in all, great experience.
Tip: add some extra 21 sauce on the burger you get. It really makes it the best!
I had the black & Bleu burger (med rare) and the onion strings. It's one of the best burgers I've eaten! Pleasantly surprised! The restaurant was very clean and the staff were super friendly! Great experience!

Very yummy. My Black and Blue burger was flavorful. I asked for well done. It was a bit dry. I ordered sweet potato fries and they weren't great. Had way too much salt, which took away from the flavor and I wish they weren't string cut. The place was clean. Costly for two people. Two burgers, side of fries and two drinks was $46 before tip. Overall we were satisfied with their burgers. They didn't skimp on blue cheese crumbles which was nice. The onion straws were good, too. The brioche buns were nice and soft. Also regarding the fries and onion straws, they were plentiful.

Cool burger joint. The kid behind the counter wasn't the friendlies. However we quickly forgot about that when we got out food. The burgers were cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. Juicy and we'll seasoned. Their selection of sauces was really good too (Thai ketchup = good, toasted marshmallow = not a fan). Definitely recommend a stop here.

Love going here. Clean store, polite staff, fast service. But this was ridiculous…paid the up charge for a lettuce wrapped impossible burger, and this was what they brought out!?! Really? First of all, a slice of lettuce isn’t worth over two dollars, and really…couldn’t even cover the burger? The first time this happened I figured it was just someone who was new. This was the second time this has happened at this location.

"Exactly what I want from a burger place" -- my wifePersonally I was on the fence between 4 and 5 but she made the case for 5.Good options for toppings, burgers generally cooked right, staff always really nice, great sweet potato fries, salad and lettuce wrap options, prices are reasonable for this type of joint (~$15/person)
Okay, burgers are good but way to expensive for what you get! Two burgers, sides and drinks $45!!! Buddy got the fries and ended up not eating them because they were very bland and I got fried pickles, 20 small pieces for $6.50. Not worth it with all the other options in the area.
