Food should not be this expensive. Staff was friendly. Location was clean. Food was just a typical burger and fries. Not worth the price.

went to burger 21 with the fam since it was their first time trying it, we ordered at the screen and ordered cups but never received them. i ask the cashier for the cups and he just stared at me blankly. i did the same back and then he gave me attitude asking what type of cups? soda cups? like sir yes i ordered them and he gives me the cups then forgets the lids. i ask for the lids n he did the same stare then got them. when a white family was leaving he gave them a very warming exit while me being hispanic and my family too i get tone n attitude asking for cups? no thank youuuu

For lunch, BUR.GER 21 for the first time! Angus beef (Halal), “hand-crafted, highest-quality burger creations”. The burgers and Patty Melt were outstanding, not too greasy or dry. Their tater tots were super crispy, and you had a choice of 10 different dipping sauces on the self-serve counter. Aside from the usual popular sodas from a dispenser, they also have Boylan craft sodas in bottles made with pure cane sugar. I asked about the cappuccino machine next to the shake machine, but the manager said it was currently out of order.

Great burger place! First time trying Burger 21. The spicy thai shrimp was amazing! So was the Pops burger, and the onion strings! Service was great, friendly staff, quick service. Looking forward to trying more menu items!

Pretty good; went with my friend and his girlfriend yesterday and it was cool. The different sauces were neat as well. My burger was slightly overly salted but the meal was pretty good!!

I have never experienced a more absent minded and incompetent cashier. She messed up our order and what appears everyone else in line as well. Ordering 3 items took almost 12 minutes she seemed stoned or something. My wife and I are both restaurant GMs. If the manager reads this- your team is hurting your business.
Absolutely bottom tier customer service. No ketchup or any sauces available on the line. Mediocre food as well, especially since half our order was wrong.
This level of negligence over basic customer service proves why this place is dead.
