Five of us enjoyed a birthday meal from drinks to dinner. The service was top notch. The vibe was festive and entertaining. The food was truly disappointing. A house specialty cocktail was a sugar bomb. Bread service was basically white bread, the size of a softball, and flavorless. Firecracker shrimp here used to be a balance of sweet and spicy. The shrimp were well prepared, but the sauce was only sweet. Crab cakes were mushy and fishy without any lumps of crab meat. The steak was well prepared and the fries were overcooked. The ahi tuna salad was left uneaten. We had dessert elsewhere.

Another great experience with wonderful food, cocktails and service. My husband and I went for an early dinner on a Friday night. Greeted promptly by a friendly hostess and seated in comfy booth. I love the Spiced Pear martini, cheesesteak spring rolls and adored the chicken-wild mushroom ravioli in cream sauce. I asked for extra sauce - no problem. My husband enjoyed the bread service, angus cheeseburger and fries. Big servings - I took home half of my meal (reheated great!); he ate all the burger but took home 1/2 bread and fries. We got desserts to go - great key lime pie - big portion there too. The waitress and kitchen were happy to accommodate his request for a scoop of ice cream with a chocolate drizzle. The service was great - timing was wonderful, not intrusive but there when we needed her. Thoroughly enjoyable evening. We look forward to bringing our adult children and their families next time!

Four of us had dinner Sat night. The night before our granddaughter's soccer team had dinner there. Everything is very good. TripAdvisor should have a Very Good rating, not just Good or Excellent. We had the cauliflower and calamari appetizers, a California chicken sandwich, a lobster roll, a southwest chicken salad, and a harvest bowl. They all were very good. The harvest bowl (mine) was unusual and delicious. Anyone attending the WAGS soccer tournament should consider Burtons.

Our waitress, Ariana, was absolutely phenomenal super detailed, attentive, and on point with everything from our drink refills to menu recommendations. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, and her friendly personality made our dining experience even more enjoyable.
A huge shoutout as well to the Manager Fatima who was from the Alexandria restaurant, who personally came by to check on our table and ensure everything was perfect. That kind of leadership and genuine care speaks volumes!
From start to finish, the entire team made us feel valued and well taken care of. The atmosphere was inviting, the food was delicious, and the service was beyond top-tier.

I asked them to toast the burger bun, they didn't. Ordered to go, veggi burger it was ok. Can use some salt seasoning. I was hungry so ate it. Not sure will do it again.

This is for the Burton's Grill and Bar in Sterling, VA. On August 8, we went to Burton's for Happy Hour and had the most outstanding time. We were there at 3:05 PM and unfortunately, the fantastic bartender's name was not on the receipt. I hope the Burton's in Sterling can identify him and reward him for his outstanding work. To further identify the young man, they can cross reference with the Check #53 and the Table being 110, the bar. The Old Fashioneds he prepared might have been the very best ones we've ever had. They were absolutely exquisite. As for the meal, the Lobster Roll (cold) and the Thai Steak salad are two dishes we would go back for in a New York minute. The kitchen added tomatoes and a side car of jalapenos to the salad and it was truly magnificent. I strongly recommend the Burton's in Sterling and definitely sit at the bar. You will get great service and superb conversation with the bartender!
