Everyone was friendly and the food was amazing. We had the calamari, salmon dish, the short rib grilled cheese, the bread service, fries, macaroni and cheese, and the pumpkin cheesecake. All dishes were hot, plated well, and the cook on the salmon was perfect. Everything is also priced well. The manager was doing rounds and greeted us. Our server was kind, funny, and attentive. We’ll definitely go back!

If I could, I would give it zero stars for the service We went there and sat at the bar tonight and the service was absolutely horrible. It took 30 minutes for the bartender to greet us took our order and then we saw him refill other peoples drinks, then came back and said what can I get you? Forgetting that we had just ordered from him. Finally, we got our wine 40 minutes later and he made us wait another 20 minutes to finally come around and ask if we wanted something to eat. By this time we were so turned off by the service that we just wanted to settle and leave. We used to love this place and go here all the time, but the service is horrific. This is too bad because the food is great and they have a great wine list. Please tell me who I should contact at the restaurant as I do not want to put my phone number on this website

Commands a high price tag that doesn’t meet the expectations.
Firecracker shrimp was overcooked, drowning in what tasted like store-bought sauce. Asked to withhold the cilantro on the salad, instead they were served with just… no salad.
General Tso bowl was over-the-top excessive, with a paltry chicken serving (also slightly overcooked) and an odd assortment of vegetables that didn’t really go together, overpriced for what it was.
Crab crusted haddock was ok, the fish was fine but the crab tasted burnt.
Truffle fries tasted great but were very oily, either too much truffle oil or too much fry oil, or both.
Sweet tea was just regular tea with sugar sitting in the bottom of the glass, and that’s a total fail.
Fruit flies joined our indoor dining experience in the furthest corner from the doors, and that sucked.
Service wasn’t exceptional but wasn’t terrible either. I don’t think we’ll be back.

I had the chicken and waffles which were fantastic and my friend had a salad with a burger. The server was great and the atmosphere was nice. I would recommend Burtons to anyone looking for a nice sit down meal.

It was my first and last visit. I preferred lobster and shrimp definitely not what I expected at all. So I switched it out for the ribeye mashed potatoes and steamed veggies which was asparagus not fully cooked. It took almost 40 minutes to get the steak then it was extremely fatty, I paid for fat! Prices definitely too high for the quality of the food and service. The kids sprites were carbonated they forgot to change it out, server yeni didn’t smile nor introduce herself. Just overrated!

We usually go to sweetwater but this is definitely our new spot! We sat outside and it was completely relaxing atmosphere. We didn’t feel rushed like other restaurants. Service was great as were our meals and drinks!

First time visiting! Togen was very patient and explained all about the restaurant’s history to us. The service was excellent as he asked us about allergens and explained about substitutions. Good Vegetarian options.

I ordered the Salmon. For $30 bucks it was on the pricey side so I expected high quality food, however, it was very average in quality and bland flavor wise. The portion was terrible, the fish wasn’t even 6 oz, I got 5-ish halves of miniature potatoes and a little pile of this white vegetable and probably 4 sticks of, again, small asparagus. At least service was good…
