She didn’t provide basic service like water or plates when taking our order. While I was ordering, she didn’t focus on what I was saying and kept misunderstanding me.
For example, I said, “Chicken Caesar Salad,” but she repeatedly responded with, “Yes, Chicken Quesadilla.” I had to correct her three times, saying, “No, Chicken Caesar Salad.”
Her attitude was rude.
Finally, when the food came out, she brought a Chicken Quesadilla instead of my order!
I was shocked and pointed out her mistake again. She didn’t apologize but instead made excuses, claiming I ordered the quesadilla. Then, without any expression of regret, she just took the quesadilla back with an indifferent attitude.
We ordered three dishes in total, and two of them had already been served. Since the salad wasn’t coming out, I thought she just forgot about it. Honestly, I was full by then and figured it was fine to just pay for the two dishes and leave.
But toward the end of our meal, she finally brought out the salad! At that point, it was completely ridiculous. I didn’t even know what to do with the salad since I was already full. I barely ate a little bit and left the rest.
To make matters worse, she never brought us the check. When I looked toward the kitchen area, she was sitting down with her chin resting on her hand, scrolling on her phone.
Several other customers were also sitting at their tables, looking around and waiting for service. Eventually, people had to get up and call her over just to get her to do her job.
I’ve never encountered such an incompetent employee at any other restaurant.
This place needs to replace its staff immediately.

The server was on the phone most of the time. She never came to give us water or check on my table. I had to go to the bartender to pay for my bill and get a to go box. The bartender basically did her job and the server’s job. The food was meh and I most definitely would not recommend. You’re better off just going to Starbucks for a quick bite.

The waitress that served us was really kind. After eating, I went to the bar to pay. That was another waitress that tried for 5 minutes to tell me I had to pay 20% tip. I declined politely and offered 10%. She didn't want to let me pay if I didn't tip 20%. She started to yell and I'm pretty sure she insulted me in her language. She then told me to go back to my coutry, as in America that's how tipping works. Probably the worst customer service I've experienced across the world.

BEWARE!! When they charged my food, they charged me more than what was stated on the menu and would not adjust my bill to match the menu.
