Ridiculously overpriced sandwiches that are literally deli meats and cheese between cheap bread. Will never make the mistake of eating there again.

I hope this message reaches corporate as I received terrible customer service as an airport employee. I was not greeted or offered assistance. When I reached the register, I was met with hostile staff with their arms crossed. The gentleman behind the counter forced the tip page even though all I had were chips and bottled water. My badge is always visible and around my neck. When I received my receipt, I asked the gentleman if the airport discount had been applied. He looked at me, puzzled, and squinted at my badge as if it were fake. I told him I was an airport employee. He looked at my receipt and said no and just said sorry. This is my second time visiting this grab-and-go, and I have always been met with unfriendly staff who never greet me. I believe your staff would benefit from Fraport's customer service training.

Service and atmosphere were as expected for an airport walk up.

I just don’t want anyone to make the mistake of eating here. Ever.

Chicken nuggets were sold as chicken tenders kids meal and they were more like plywood cut outs that had been cut to deceive the consumer as a nugget.

A breakfast sandwich has the general consistency of mush and sand at the same time. I don’t know weather to blame the bread or the eggs.

I know this is an airport but 30 dollars for two very small and disappointing meals is highway robbery.

Kid-friendliness: If you love your kids, do NOT feed your kids anything from their kids menu.

Well... it's microwave food that you might recognize if you've ever been to the freezer section of the 99cent store or dollar tree.

Obviously 1000% markup, this is an airport after all.

Croissant Breakfast too die for! Jumbo, Buttery & Flakey goodness wrapped up in one sandwich! Topped off with 24 oz White Chocolate Mocha (Starbucks Quality)!I strive to pick up an order whether flying in or/& out Dulles.

Food and coffee aren't the best but is hot and fast and efficient. Despite it being very early the cashier was very kind.

I found their practice of business deceptive and dishonest. They put a price on the screen, and when I paid it, my card was charged for a higher amount. I brought it up immediately to the cashier and the manager. They said it was their normal practice to charge cards a little more than was shown on the screen.I did not accept the goods and asked for refund. They said they would do it but it hasn’t happened yet
