Save your money. It’s unsurprisingly terrible. Don’t ask how customers want their eggs if you can’t cook them other than over hard. Also how can the potatoes on the breakfast platter be cold at 4:30am? Were they from the night before?

Stopping at Capital Grounds at 5 a.m. in Dulles Airport was the perfect decision. On my way to Minneapolis for my Uncle Mike's afterlife celebration, I was really in need of a pick-me-up. I'm so glad I chose this spot.
The staff was incredibly quick and efficient, getting my order for an iced mocha with an extra shot ready in no time. The drink was made absolutely perfectly. Love, love, love this coffee! It was exactly the smooth, rich caffeine boost I needed to start a long travel day. Thank you for the perfect coffee and great service!

Never ever visit this place. Very rude people on the counter. They also charged a “card fee” which was very weird because there was no charge for someone right in front of me. On a side note - The coffee was yuck! AVOID!

I had a quick layover and wanted to grab some coffee and this place was near my gate. They had quick service and made a pretty good iced caramel macchiato. Just the right amount of sweet and you can still taste the coffee.

Terrible food. Unfair prices. Payment system will not let you buy something without tipping.

They were open at 4:00am on a Sunday. Service was quick and friendly. Specialty coffee and various hot breakfast sandwiches were available. So glad to have this before a 6am flight. Nothing else was open.

I really enjoyed the sausage egg and cheese muffin that I got, egg seemed fresh and fried perfectly. Iced mocha latte was above average.

Ridiculously overpriced sandwiches that are literally deli meats and cheese between cheap bread. Will never make the mistake of eating there again.

Hi,
I hope this message reaches corporate as I received terrible customer service as an airport employee. I was not greeted or offered assistance. When I reached the register, I was met with hostile staff with their arms crossed. The gentleman behind the counter forced the tip page even though all I had were chips and bottled water. My badge is always visible and around my neck. When I received my receipt, I asked the gentleman if the airport discount had been applied. He looked at me, puzzled, and squinted at my badge as if it were fake. I told him I was an airport employee. He looked at my receipt and said no and just said sorry. This is my second time visiting this grab-and-go, and I have always been met with unfriendly staff who never greet me. I believe your staff would benefit from Fraport's customer service training.
