I've never ordered from here so I called to ask about the menu, since it's advertised as halal, and they serve ham. Ive noticed some restaurants here have halal items on their menu but also serve pork. When I called and asked, the worker in the background started laughing to the point where I felt so uncomfortable asking. The lady I was speaking to didn't even answer my question (which I asked twice to clarify) and proceeded to laugh with her coworker about my question the second time I asked her. I still dont know if everything served here is actually NOT pork. I ended up ordering from another halal pizza place due to this unprofessional and uncomfortable interaction.
Side note... I called the other halal pizza place and asked the same exact questions and the man I spoke to answered my questions clearly and was very kind.
Customer service is a huge thing that clearly Champs is lacking. Will not be trying their pizza.

09/21 The food is amazing. The only issue is the lack of customer service at times. I placed a scheduled pick up order for a certain time and it wasn't ready when I showed up at the scheduled time. I was told it would take 10 mins but it took a bit longer. They assumed I didn't speak Spanish and I heard the lady say to the cooks the reason the food wasn't ready or even sent to the kitchen was due to her chatting it up and when I came in she was sat down during her work hours, how wonderful. She just claimed to them that she wasn't aware it was a scheduled pickup order. The convenience of me placing the order so I can just have a quick stop to pick up clearly isn't doable here and that's truly disappointing. They were unapologetic for the wait and she had a bit of attitude. That's the only reason for the overall scoring. Focus on your job responsibilities and make sure customer service is top tier.

Great service Halal food Onion rings and pizza were really good. Plenty of sitting area.
Pizza was disappointing. Came in around lunch time and was not busy at all. Had to wait a little bit before someone came to the front and took my order. Ordered the Champs tandoori chicken pizza. When I received the pizza I noticed it only had chciken and was missing all of the other toppings that were supposed to come on the pizza. Picked up the first slice and everything slid right off. Was definitely below my expectations.

I got a chance to try their Philly cheesesteak sub and was disappointed, it was watery and tasted mid at best. My taste buds were left waiting at the bus stop because this sub was definitely not bussin. Also tried their meatball parm sub but all I got was a soggy mess, tasted mid at best. The fries didn’t help as they were dry and bland. I should also mention that I tried their supreme meat lover pizza once and it tasted like the meat went bad which ruined the taste of the pizza. I have yet to taste anything good from this place. Don’t really recommend unless you like average or below average food.

What a gem! The food was truly amazing, and the atmosphere had just the right vibe. The staff were incredibly friendly, and it's clear the food is made with care. Highly recommend and will definitely be back again and again!

My family got sick after eating pizza from Champs pizza. They did not cook pizza properly. After pizza ordered less than 10 minutes we had arrived restaurant pizza was ready within 10 minutes. Pizza was not cook properly. Employee also not friendly. They charge credit cards processing fees 0.88 dollar. I will not go there again. I went there 04/01/2025. Me my wife and my son got sick ( vomited and diarrhea).
