Ordered cupcakes for my daughters bridal shower, ordered half chocolate, half vanilla, With buttercream frosting and the middle of the decoration to be gluten-free however, We received not buttercream frosting half the cupcakes, spice cake, and apparently gluten-free. I ordered two weeks in advance and still was messed up. I’m giving low stars for customer service because when I called in it was argumentative, I was told the spice cake that we were tasting was chocolate and it was not chocolate. I’ve had Chantelle‘s cupcakes many times before and know the difference between chocolate vanilla and buttercream frosting. Expected better customer service and a refund, but neither of that nor a phone call back

Chef Dennis is simply the best!! He crafted our two-tier wedding cake for us this past February, and we couldn't have been happier. We met with Chef Dennis for our tasting before the wedding and he was kind, professional and hilarious - he made the experience so fun! He delivered our cake personally on our wedding day and added the final touches with real flowers, and it turned out beautifully - simple but elegant, exactly what we wanted! Not to mention that his cakes taste amazing - we never thought we would go with a lemon cake for our wedding, but it really just blew us away at our tasting! We couldn't be happier to have worked with Chantel's Bakery, and we're so grateful to Chef Dennis for making our dream wedding cake.

If I could give 10 stars, I would!! This place is amazing and you will LOVE anything you order. The owner makes you feel like family when you come in. Not only are his cakes gorgeous, but they are also (by far!) the most delicious cakes I’ve ever had. They are so moist and the perfect amount of sweetness. I don’t write many reviews, but this shop deserves it. My grandmother still talks about how good her birthday cake was, 2 years later!! I’ve ordered from him multiple times and each time is better than the last. The prices are incredibly reasonable, the ingredients are high quality, and the product (both in taste and design) is award worthy! Please order from here! You won’t regret it!

The place was dirty, and it was apparent that hygiene was not a priority. This lack of cleanliness extended to the products themselves, as the cupcakes smelled of reused oil and were frankly unappetizing.I'm genuinely surprised that no health inspector has visited this establishment to conduct an inspection, given the appalling conditions. It's clear that they are cutting corners and prioritizing profit over the well-being of their customers.Moreover, they engage in deceptive advertising practices, claiming to offer vegan or egg-free cupcakes to attract customers, but the reality is far from it. These products lack quality and are simply a ploy to lure unsuspecting customers.To make matters worse, the customer service was abysmal. I cancelled my wedding cake tasting days in advance of the scheduled pick up and they refused to refund my order even when there was no "non-refundable" policy anywhere on the website, confirmation order, nor was I told on the phone when I cancelled. Regardless, I feel like I dodged a bullet with this experience because I wouldn't want to deal with poor communication/service closer to and on my wedding day.

And my husband, who isn't vegan, couldn't believe it was actually a "vegan" cake.
