Charley’s app is trash , it so difficult to order

I love love Charley’s Cheesesteaks, especially the combo with the French fries with queso and bacon on top! My new favorite go to place! Recently though ive wondered if i should order from them again since i placed an online order with door dash and they didn’t put my fries with queso and bacon in there. They charge more for the fries in queso and bacon. I called the Store to ask for a solution and no one answered the call or called back. Money went to waste.

After spending almost $20 on a sub all I did was ask for a little ranch for my fries in a little ketchup cup and the lady was very rude to me and wanted to charge me $0.69. She ended up doing it but barely even put any in the cup… Food was good but when I got to my table to sit they smashed the lid down on my sub and it all stuck to the lid and when I lifted the lid and pulled most of the sandwich with it… then the sub has a very small cut in the middle but wasn’t cut all the way through so it was huge to eat.

Maybe there's a literacy problem. I ordered a veggie delight, no provolone, no shredded cheese, no mayo. What did I get? A veggie delight with provolone, shredded cheese and mayo. So I ordered a second exactly the same order and what did I get? Exactly the same wrong order. How hard is it to quality control the item? Additionally there were other sandwiches as part of the order and they were sloppy, dry and several had the filling stuck to the top of the container. I wouldn't recommend this location, get your cheesesteak somewhere else.

the heavy set women working at the register was very bad taking my order, i told her multiple times my right order and she wept getting it wrong and making me pay more then once, i don’t recommend her working there.
