Our server was excellent but the people that brought the food forgot things when they brought the food. I asked for pepper and salt(should be on tables right) and extra ketchup which I never get.

Calamari was excellent! Best I've ever had. We are twice weekly ( sometimes even 3 x per week) regulars at Chef Geoff's. Their Mussels Monday are great, their Burger Tuesdays are awesome too. I'd love for them to add a “Salad special day” too.

My wife and I went to Chef Geoff's Five Course Bacon Dinner. If you're a bacon lover, this is the event for you. Every course and every accompanying cocktail has a bacon theme. And all the dishes and drinks were delicious. Watch out for this event in the future. If you see it in time to snag a reservation, snag it!

Bacon night! Several minor things: too many ( delicious) appetizers; quantities of each course double what we should eat (3 main courses) & large dessert. Maybe scale back the portions a little! Otherwise wonderful

The food was terrible. Greek Salad with Salmon was very different than usual. Smaller bowl, less veggies, dressing was very different than usual, salmon thickness was one half the usual. I am afraid to come back with such a departure from what I experienced in the past. I cancelled a reservation for this Tuesday because of this. Also, the hostess didn't seem to know what she was doing. The other hostess asked me how things were and then walked away before we could answer. Horrible.

Our party of 3 chose the restuarant week dinner specials. The shrimp was yummy and the pork was also very good. Two of us had the chocolate decadence cake and it was fabulous. We asked for as quiet table as we could get and were pleased that we could easily hear each other. A very successful evening outing.

I've been to Chef Geoff's - both outside and inside. This time 4 old friends met up outside so we could linger. Our server was totally accommodating. This visit I had the best tuna poke bowl I've had anywhere. What a delicious combo with mango, avocado, plenty of jalapeños on the side, and fresh, fresh tuna. The sauce was perfect for the combo. I'll be having this one again.

Chef Geoff's is a mainstay in NW Washington. On a nice day the lovely patio is so pleasant, and a gumbo soup and chicken wings make lunch a winner.
