⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Service at the Dulles Chick-fil-A (Sterling)
Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Yanci who was working the drive-thru window during my visit today. She handled my last-minute add-ons like a total pro—two large waters and some extra pickles (because you can never have too many pickles).
Even with the change-up, Yanci was all smiles, super polite, and just plain delightful. Friendly, fast, and professional with a great attitude—and let’s be honest, that’s rare these days. She’s the kind of person who makes you want to come back just for the service.
Thanks again, Yanci! You definitely made my stop a better one. Chick-fil-A, you’ve got a gem on your team.

I ordered 17.98 worth of food was charged 29. Ok fine they use Doordash for delivery but they put it in a group pickup. Didn't discount the delivery fee and didn't tell me it would take more than double the time to get to me. Resulting in cold food that I definitely don't wanna eat. This whole order has been terrible and a waste of both my money and my time. I won't ever have an order delivered from doordash again, and that means not ordering from this place.

While getting breakfast at this Chick-fil-A, my car battery died likely because I had left the lights on in the parking lot. One of the workers there realized the situation and went above and beyond to offer his assistance. In a few short moments, he had pulled a Chick-fil-A van over to where my car was at and helped me to give it a jump start. 10/10, I highly recommend this Chick-fil-A for the staff's attentiveness, patience (which I witnessed with a fellow customer) friendliness, and service. Also, the breakfast food was very tasty!

Tried the honey pimento chicken sandwich with pickled jalapenos, grilled chicken. Absolute slop! No pimento cheese like I've ever had - more like bits of cheddar shreds dripping off the sandwich in whatever goo they had it in. A totally disgusting sandwich and paid $18 for two! Take that slop off your menu or learn how to make it like it is shown on the ads. Gave the place 3 stars for service being typical drive through and the atmosphere being typical also. They did seem to have a cute patio for eating.
Stopped by for an iced sweet tea. Question: what is it about such little ice. I have stopped by several times and barely had any ice in my iced tea?

I was charged for a Cobb salad by chic fil a and when I went inside they had no information on my order despite the fact that I was charged and showed proof of the transaction and was very cooperative with them. Called corporate to no avail be careful placing mobile orders here.

yesterday i went to chick fil a with my friends around 7:45 pm, we ended up not eating the sandwiches right away because we weren’t hungry and we were also heading to a party. Once we got to the party we danced and did stuff. Around 10:26pm we went back to the car to get our chick fil a sandwich’s that we saved from earlier because we were so hungry. AND THE FOOD WAS STILL HOT AND WARM. I LOVE YOU CHICK FIL A ????10/10
