I don’t usually write reviews for fast food restaurants but I was impressed with the service and how friendly everyone was at this Chick-fil-a. I was greeted with smiles even right before I walked into the restaurant. This really makes the customers feel welcome

There was a gentleman who I’m guessing was the owner or the store manager and he was openly and loudly talking about employees and how he’s the one who signs their checks. We also witnessed a manager ask his employee how much time he had left on his break…after the employee answered he asked “honestly”?? which is ridiculous, let the man eat. Then the poor employee was asked by about 4 other coworkers how much time he had left on his break, I guess they needed help with something??? It was just very off putting and we felt bad for the workers…the vibes were off and the food was mid.

I visited this location on my way home after a long work week for dinner probably 15 mins before closing and Melissa assisted me in my payment. My app wasn't working and she made sure to accommodate my needs. She didn't need to but she went above and beyond! Thank you Melissa

First time I have ever complained about a Chick--Fil-A.. I ordered a grilled chicken club meal. First, the fries box was only partially full, and I guess they are now serving in a smaller box. The sandwich was not warm. The cool to the touch chicken was not great, and the cheese was barely warm. The team member who took my order ans at window were very friendly, etc....that stuff there never changes. But whoever monitors food quality needs to kindly step up. I paid over $15, and they got my sandwich loaded with extra tomatoes when I asked for none. My drink was supposed to be diet, and it was not. For that kind of money, I would expect more. Last time I'll get anything chicken related here for awhile. I know this might sound like an unfair review, but so is the money I paid for quality received.

Parking lot and drive thru were full, so I chose to park in a mobile or parking spot and place order via their app. Placed order and it said my food would be delivered in 3 to 7 minutes. That seemed accurate because we got our food without waiting much at all. It took me longer to place order via their app and vehicles kept coming and or moving in the parking lot and drive thru while I was placing my order via their app.
The food was delicious and no mistakes with the order!
This chick Fil A is where you want to stop and pickup a meal quick even though it may look busy. Highly recommend!
