I don’t usually write reviews for fast food restaurants but I was impressed with the service and how friendly everyone was at this Chick-fil-a. I was greeted with smiles even right before I walked into the restaurant. This really makes the customers feel welcome
I visited this location on my way home after a long work week for dinner probably 15 mins before closing and Melissa assisted me in my payment. My app wasn't working and she made sure to accommodate my needs. She didn't need to but she went above and beyond! Thank you Melissa
Parking lot and drive thru were full, so I chose to park in a mobile or parking spot and place order via their app. Placed order and it said my food would be delivered in 3 to 7 minutes. That seemed accurate because we got our food without waiting much at all. It took me longer to place order via their app and vehicles kept coming and or moving in the parking lot and drive thru while I was placing my order via their app.
