Went to this location this morning, to pick up breakfast and lunch, the woman at the window was very rude, and seemed annoyed by my order, and was rushing me through my order, if you don't have patience and don't know how to deal with customers this is the wrong line of business. And the hash brown potatoes were old and hard, and the egg had shell or something hard in it, and he biscuit wasn't fresh, 👎

Ok, I don't know where to start but I will just get to the point, I visited this Chick-fil-A location and was amazed with it's service. The young lady that took my order was ok with her service, but when I got to the window to pick up my order was another thing. The young lady there had a beautiful smile, she was so kind and I felt loved and cared of for a second she asked if I wanted to make my order as a meal to make it cheaper and I said ofcourse why not. She gave me all her attention to me. I saw her name and it was Lorena. I will definitely come back to this location whenever I am around.

🌟 Amazing service! I usually order food from this place, but yesterday morning I accidentally ordered from the wrong location. I showed up and waited about 15 minutes, then the manager kindly came over to check on me. That’s when I realized I was at the wrong spot 😭
He went out of his way to help me cancel the order at the other location (which he didn’t have to do), and another staff member even made me a new order and refused to charge me — even though it was completely my fault 🥹
I felt so bad, but they were all so kind, patient, and helpful. Truly above and beyond. Thank you again! 🙏💖

Ok i gave this chic fil a so many chances. They ALWAYS get something wrong. Once there was a dead fly in my sandwich so the manager gave us some free stuff. Multiple times they got our food order wrong. Its annoying when you do drive thru u get home and its all wrong and of course i am not gonna hold up the line to check my food everytime. Their customer service sucks too. Seriously whats going on with this chic fil a??

Very rude Young ladies/cashiers here. Pull up to the window all smiles and it’s like they see my skin color their demeanor immediately changes. It’s like they don’t even hide it. And since when does Chick-fil-A give somebody static about asking for 1 extra ranch? I’ve been at Chick-fil-A‘s up and down the East Coast from Pennsylvania to North Carolina. I ain’t never dealt with no rude ass ladies like this in my day.
My food was good, however the staff made the entire dining experience horrible. I have never had such awful service at a Chick-fil-A before. My husband and I went in and ordered food, and sat down to eat it. We then were hounded by staff multiple times while eating that they wanted to shut down the dining room, even though it was way prior to closing time. Then, when we were trying to leave (still prior to closing!) the staff had LOCKED the doors and locked us and other 6 patrons into the restaurant so that no one else could enter the dining room. We had to be let out of the building, which seems to be a huge issue if there was a fire or emergency. Would never come back to this location.
