After living in Countryside for over 40 years we never found this gem. Long time patrons of Cheng’s & Good Fortune restaurants we have tried many other local Chinese restaurants with no real luck. Found China Goirmet on a whim search and it exceeded our expectations!! The potstickers were tender, flavorful and mouth watering! The moo shi pork and the crispy crunchy beef were over the top wonderful! The prices were very reasonable and they even had bar service with extremely reasonable prices. Service was extremely attentive without being over bearing. We can’t wait to come back and try something different!! Well done!!!

I've been doing take out from here for about a year now and their food has been amazing every time. I get the Mapo Tofu, the Orange Chicken, General Tso chicken, and shrimp fried rice and this mom and pop restaurant nails it every time!

This place deserves a 0 Star review. Horrible customer service. Will not replace or give refunds for items of your order they mess up. Boycott this place at all cost. I will never order from them again.

My aunt and I ordered takeout from China Gourmet Inn tonight and found the quality rather lacking. The egg drop soup seemed kind of bland on its own so I had to add salt. Even then I didn't really want to finish it. The crisps that come with the egg drop soup seemed like they were nearly stale. The rest of the food was ok but not great.

I can't believe this place gets anything less than a 5 star rating. I eat here all the time. The vegetarian menu is amazing and I have never ordered a single bad dish. I recommend the kwachic and a side of broccoli!
