I had a very poor experience at this Chipotle. The employee preparing my burrito was rolling her eyes at me (not sure why) and did a poor job putting the burrito together. The food was okay, very mediocre. The tables were not particularly clean. Overall really turned me off to Chipotle and I haven’t had any desire to go to any chipotle locations since then because the experience was so poor. There are much better places to go to spend your hard earned money!

Walked in to dine in with friends and asked an employee to give me 2 minutes to view the menu. She gave me a really bad look and gave me bad attitude. I asked her for extra chicken and barely gave any, she got mad and threw away my food. After that, she started laughing and talking to her co workers.

I went to Chipotle, the food was very delicious but they have a lazy young employee. I ordered an burrito and a quesadilla and I wanted pinto beans and he told me that they didn't have them, just because he had to turn around to take them. I was not satisfied this time with the service.

The service here could definitely improve. The staff at the counter seemed unenthusiastic, and one of the girls, with red hair, was particularly rude and impatient. My burrito was wrapped so poorly that it fell apart as soon as I picked it up. Not a great experience overall.

The worker spilt half of my bowl then proceeded to re fill it with the ingredients that fell out. My rice was also extremely hard and she gave me half a scoop of everything including chicken that is rubbery and unseasoned. I had to ask for extra of all my ingredients. Do not go here unless you want unseasoned, bad quality food and service. South lakes shopping center one is the best chipotle.

Need to put new staff manager in charge, has no experience with costumer service, I kindly ask for refund she got mad at me, the rice was hard food was cold and rough, she even trowed the money at me.
