This was the best chipotle I had had in ages the first time I ate here. Since then, I have not had a good experience. They consistently mess up my online orders. The rice is usually dry/old. Would not recommend to friend.

WORST CHIPOTLE EVER. I wish I could give 0 stars. they are so stingy. I didn't even ask for double chicken and they tried to charge me for it. After I told him I never ordered double they threw the bowl away and make a new one. I mean really how ridiculous is that when it's the workers fault. Also my mom got tacos and they put the tiniest amount of Barbados they possibly could and when she asked for a little bit more just to make it enough protein to even keep her full. They then charged us almost $6 for the tiniest scoop. So ridiculous I will never be going back. They also said no when we asked to put our rewards. They need some better workers. Customer service was absolutely shit.

I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews, but it’s important to remember that people are more often inclined to leave negative reviews than positive ones. This is the usual chipotle restaurant I go to, and the service has always been great for me. The team is always nice and friendly with me, and the food is always great.
