Chipotle as a whole had been very disappointing the last few years. I thought it was the location in Arizona but it's the same in Virginia. The quality of ingredients is not like it used to be. It's not as fresh, the portion sizes have become much smaller and prices have gone up. In addition, staff is not the same, from my experience they don't seem happy and the vibe is not as cheery and friendly as it used to be. I may be critical, but this is my observations and my feelings on Chipotle as a whole when I compare with other restaurants.

Employees that worked during today’s morning shift deserve a raise. I had accidentally spilled my bowl and instead of getting upset they gave me a completely new one free of charge.

This was, without exaggeration, the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had — and honestly one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had period. I ordered one burrito and one bowl with chips, and they somehow managed to mess up every single part of the order.

The woman wrapping my boyfriend’s burrito had no clue what she was doing. It was painful to watch. She tore the tortilla, then kept mashing everything together like she was trying to patch a hole in a wall instead of making food. By the time she was done, the “burrito” looked like a sad, leaking science experiment — ingredients spilling out everywhere, completely misshapen, and absolutely unappetizing. And the worst part? They didn’t even attempt to remake it. They just handed it over like, “Here, deal with it.”

When we got home, the burrito was somehow both cold AND hot like it couldn’t decide if it wanted to give up or keep going. The chips? Completely stale. Not slightly stale — I mean days old, cardboard-level stale. It honestly felt like nobody working there cared even a little bit about what they were serving.

This was a meal we were actually looking forward to, and instead it turned into a complete disappointment. If this is the level of quality they think is acceptable, someone seriously needs to reevaluate what’s going on in that store.

Uhm, normally my Chipotle experience is satisfying, but today was genuinely the worst. My boyfriend and I ordered one burrito and one bowl with chips on the side, and the whole thing was a mess from start to finish. The lady wrapping my boyfriend’s burrito clearly had no idea what she was doing. She ripped the tortilla, kept forcing it together, and handed us something that didn’t even resemble a burrito. Everything was falling out, and they didn’t even try to fix it just wrapped it up like they didn’t care at all.
When we got home, half the burrito was weirdly cold while the other half was hot, and the chips were completely stale. This was honestly such a disappointing experience. A meal we were looking forward to ended up being a complete letdown.

Kid that works Wednesday evening at the register needs better training. When someone orders mobile order you serve them not keep taking the people in line! The mobile order food getting cold! Slow

You got one easy job to match orders with the right name. Even with door dash . This the second time I get someone else’s order and I’m eating it this time. You all suck . Get it together over there. StevenG they gave me your order.

I ordered the chicken and Carnitas salad bowl. The quantity was extremely terrible. I asked for rice. They gave me only half scoop of prize and looking at me in a sarcastic way and asked them to do more in a hotel. They gave me only one scoop of rice instead of giving one whole scoop. Similarly, with a sour cream, Fajita and cheese as well.

They are so cheap with giving anything, they would add the toppings as if the place was about to run out of it. I would have to ask for more because I want to get what I’m paying for and since prices have gone up why has product gone down. Very disappointing

I’m so tired of being rip off!!! You ask for extra toppings and especially if you paid for the extra crap you don’t even get what you paid for that’s the insane part about it! I ask for extra steak and extra sour cream. I sure if the tables were flip around you employees will feel the same exact way smh ridiculous this why I’m going stick to ordering inside the store because online forget it!!!

Came in for a bowl and was given very little protein when I went and asked for more protein they made me pay for extra when clearly wasnt I also asked for adobo ranch and was given something else after paying for double protein the front lady asked me if I had a receipt terrible customer service I came here all the time and there is no consideration for taking car of the customer here
