1 tiny spoon of rice in my door dash order for a chicken bowl. This is the 2nd time now from this location recently.
They should add the extra protein portions accordingly. The customer pays extra. They should add more. This isn't the first time I've been there and they do the same thing.
I arrived at 2:30 in the afternoon, and the crew was not trained well. Too many people standing in line, staff was extremely stingy on portion size for the burrito. The guy gave me half portion by weight of what I get at literally any other Chipotle while still charging full price, even after I asked him to put more on (which amounted to know more extra than the size of my thumb). I have worked in food service for six years and have never before found a Chipotle this slow and stingy! Please fix this, it's disappointing!
The condition of the restaurant, however, was quite pleasant. It is clean and well lit. Was far better aesthetically than effectively.
Great place to get a quick and fresh bite to eat! Friendly staff....especially Edwin!! He helps me learn Spanish words as he quickly and efficiently prepares my food!
The last three times I’ve been to the chipotle. The food has been horrible. The rice and beans are fine, but the meats are either over salted or have been sitting out way too long. Today was the final straw. I had the Carnitas and the meat tasted Like it was rancid. I had to just throw it away.
Found a quarter-sized plastic in my food. Traumatized forever!

Walked into this Chipotle last night. Saw them skimping comically on the lady in front of me's bowl. Walked out. And you should too.
