Very little privacy, the water button on fountain machine spews out sprite, and I asked for half steak half chicken on my burrito and they gave me double and charged me for it.

I got a veggie bowl and the guacamole was made with the Avacado skin. I tried to call the store but you can’t talk to a human, so I used their chat bot pepper and it was no help! This was a very disappointing experience.

Extremely poor service. The person helping me with my food walked away to help other customers leaving me standing in front of the burrito bar waiting for my salsa and the person at the register was complaining to the other employees that they weren't doing their job to help me but nobody actually decided to help me I almost walked out had waited over 5 minutes for someone to finish preparing my order before finally somebody came over and did. Service is not a priority here and if you look at the reviews for this location compared to other Chipotles in the area it becomes obvious this Chipotle does not meet Chipotle standards. I would advise everyone to avoid at all cost.

Check your pickup order before you leave the restaurant! My order has been wrong a number of times. Calls to the restaurant go unanswered. Service is unenthusiastic.

Avoid this location and consider the Chantilly Crossing location instead.

Just went to this place today . There is one teen kid with a nose ring who was constantly laughing while ordering a complex order. I told her that we have picky eaters and need not be laughing.

Years ago Chipotle used to be good in service and food quality. More recently food quality and service has greatly declined, the stock price speaks to that. I went to South Riding Chipotle on 2/17/2026 evening and picked up an order placed on the app. When I reached home the food was not what I ordered leaving us to figure out alternate plans for dinner. What a waste of time and money.
