Decadent evil. If you want delicious cinnamon buns, you might just want to go here. The quality is delicious. You will pay for it with money and calories though. These are an occasional treat, although they need to get stronger coffee at the ready. That would help bump this place up, as you need a delicious eye opening java with these rolls.Clean location and a couple of decent small tables. It's a place to relax in, and focus on the sugary sweetness. I think the employees here are efficient and friendly. If you dare to indulge, get ready for the treadmill and more. They also have prepackaged to go boxes, which family and friends appreciate.

I can probably say this was one of the best Cinnabons I ever had. The dough was still warm and fresh just taken out of the oven. The glaze was still runny and the whole thing was so soft that it melted in my mouth. Definitely worth a try if you are in the area. I only regret I didn’t get more while I was still there

Terrible attitude. Asked for 4 fresh cinnabons and got a box of stale, dry, and cold cinnabons, not tasty at all. Asked them to change it, and they completely refused and offered a microwave reheat! Very bad experience. I'm never stopping here again.

If you want to order a 6 pack of cinnamon rolls be aware the if you get them warm fresh out of the oven expect to pay an additional $12 more ($32) but if you want the buns that have been sitting longer, and are dried out looking you can have those for the regular price of $19.99. Smh.

We stopped for a coffee between the shopping rounds. The Cinnabo cafe downstairs looked nice. The coffee was OK and the pastries really sweet and big.

Just know when you go to this Cinnabon if you are not watching them at the Register you will be gotten over on! Went for a 4 Pack of Cinnamon Rolls which is listed on their sign at $14.99, well because these Cinnamon Rolls just came out of the Oven we were told Hot Cinnamon Rolls are $19 and some change basically $5 a Cinnamon Roll!! When asked why isn’t it menu price we were told by the Manager that you are charged for EACH ROLL when they are FRESH OUT THE OVEN!!! Wow so you can’t have a Fresh Cinnamon ROLL unless you pay individual price!! Unbelievable don’t shop here if you want a Fresh Cinnamon Roll!!! Waiting on my Refund, will NEVER GIVE MY MONEY TO THIS CINNABON EVER AGAIN!!!!

Getting worse and worse! Smaller and Smaller for higher prices! $26 for a box of 6 pecan Carmel Rolls!For the past 6 months or so the Cinnabons are getting thinner and thinner. They use to be the thickness of their boxes. (Notice next time) They are now consistently just about half the thickness of the box. If you notice the ones they have on display are perfect. The ones they sell in the packs are barely higher than the tiny little plastic frosting cups. I get these weekly and I've complained several times to the company and even via direct email correspondence with the franchise owner. It's always the same apologizes and absolutely no change.Unfortunately I'm going to stop buying them. If they are essentially going to be the same quality as a $1.99 gas station packaged roll, why am I going to pay $4-$5 per pecan roll at Cinnabon. If this is intentional in an effort to offer substantially less product for the same price, that's Shady. Just notice the next time you go.They assume people won't notice the height difference as long as the width is the same. It's significantly lessproduct if they chop off a half to a quarter of the height.In terms of the customer service at this location, it is also consistently poor. The employees don't want to be bothered. It's unfortunate! Do better Cinnabon!!
