Where do I even begin…

For context, my dearest friend — who has terminal cancer — really wanted some delicious ice cream. It’s the little things like that that mean the world to her, so I wanted to treat her and make it happen. Cold Stone is one of her favorites.

We arrived at this location at 9:45pm. Their posted hours are until 10pm, but when we pulled up, the lights were already off and the “open” sign had been turned off. We almost walked away and went to a different dessert spot next door, but then we saw another customer with her son knock on the locked door. An employee reluctantly opened it, so my friend and I followed inside since this was where she truly wanted to go.

While in line, the other customer casually mentioned how odd it was that she had to knock when the store wasn’t even closed yet. I agreed and said it was unprofessional — at which point the employee glared at us, rolled her eyes, and gave complete attitude. I immediately addressed it because that kind of behavior is unacceptable in any business, especially one still open and serving paying customers.

At the register, the employee tried to apologize, but by then the damage was done. I explained to her that she has no idea what people may be going through, and how even something as simple as buying ice cream can carry a lot of meaning. For my friend, who doesn’t get to do many things anymore because of her illness, this was supposed to be a joyful and special moment. Instead, it was overshadowed by poor service, attitude, and the store attempting to close early.

I will never return to this location and will be sure to let friends and family in the area know about this experience. Customer service matters. Respect matters. And honoring your posted business hours matters. Unfortunately, this store failed at all three.

The ice cream itself tasted fine, but the cone was soggy, and the shop was in terrible condition. The floors were sticky, the windows and tables were dirty, and the bathroom was even worse

Multiple times they have put chocolate cake in my ice cream orders INSTEAD of the BROWNIE that I order. One employee even admitted they add chocolate cake instead of brownie because they do not feel like breaking up frozen brownies… just lazy and WASTING MY MONEY! You don’t get what you pay for here. Also switching up ingredients without notifying customers has the potential to be very dangerous as people have allergies to certain things!! Do NOT spend/waste money here.

Addison was on duty and took care of us all. Very friendly service and will be back! We especially appreciated the extra care preparing our desserts.

I've gotten the lucky charm signature ice cream from there and it's always made differently and ingredients just left out. Kind of frustrating when you're paying a lot of money for it. I'm usually getting the crumbs of the cereal and no gold topping. I was there two days ago and for once it was made as it should be. Perhaps the works should be trained again on how things are made properly and not just rush thru making the ice creams.

Stopped by for ice cream and Elijah was very helpful with my order for the Everybody's Triple Pint. He added my toppings and made sure it was mixed in well. It was perfect. Thanks!

I always loved going to this place for purchasing the ice cream cakes and regular purchaser of the family pack(everybody) ice cream. This evening(11/7/2024) around 7:30pm. I went with my kids to buy the everybody ice cream n there was young lady with glasses on and requested her for chocolate ice cream with size everybody and mentioned her my usual 6 toppings. She rudely answered back only 5 toppings will be served, I repeatedly mentioned it’s 6 toppings and also opened the Coldstone app and showed her it’s clearly mentioned 6 toppings but the lady was so rude that only 5 toppings will be put. I told ok and the moment she scooped the ice-cream.she did not even put the ice-cream into everybody box to measure the quantity and I requested her to do so and she was so rude and full of attitude to answer back inappropriately and she was not at all interested to serve the customers.
I just told thank you and walked away from the store.
Kindly have some well behaved polite n knowledgeable staff who knows what they are doing, otherwise business is lost due to such inappropriate behavior and inconsistent knowledge which will ultimately lead to losing lot of business for the owners at the expense of unprofessional staff.

This location doesn’t take Apple Pay and I had no other form of payment so the girl throw the ice cream away.

"I've had a consistently poor experience with the front desk staff at this establishment, specifically with the female attendant. She often appears disinterested and rude, spending more time inside than attending to customers at the counter. When I've tried to ask for assistance, she's made faces and asked me to wait, even when she's not busy with anything else. Unfortunately, this has led me to understand why this place has received so many negative reviews. In contrast, I had a much better experience with the male attendant during my previous visit. Unless they address this issue and improve their customer service, I would advise others to avoid this place."

Staff is nice, just not a very clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Parking: It shares a parking lot with about 7 other businesses.

Kid-friendliness: It is kid friendly except for some sketchy people outside.

Service is not good. They charged extra 5$ with my coupons and when I asked why they said “ oh mistake”. I really don’t know if I paid what should I have paid. 21$ for 2 ice cream and one small cup.

The order was wrong but we just took it because kids were waiting for it.
Quality is not good. It feels like nothing is fresh.

Girls sitting there using f word and I had my daughters with me. I know it is not store fault but just environment is not nice.

Hmmmmm. Hygiene is definitely not top priority here. Decided to go to the nearest cold stone creamy while we were in the area. I should have listened to the little voice in my ear when I saw the entrance. Nonetheless, we went in. Ordered our little treats. First of all, the young people behind the counter getting our orders did not adorn any ppe. No gloves while mixing in the fixings. If that wasn't bad enough, the young man yawned over my ice cream!!! I was shocked ?. No good service. $15.00 in total for our stuff. I'm not coming back to that cold stone and listening to my little voice more. If the entrance is untidy, don't go in ????‍♀️.

My order was reluctantly made, it was a vanilla milk shake and they gave me a glass with the whole ice cream.
