I feel like the amount of senior citizens in a restaurant is indicative of the value and quality of food. Comfortable food, comfortable service, quirky atmosphere. The hot sauce for the chicken tenders was spicy and sweet, would recommend

Had a totally wonderful experience at the Manassas location — everyone was friendly, helpful and quick and then the food gave us that warm and fuzzy feeling that we were looking for. AAAAA+++++

What can I say? It’s a Cracker Barrel. Riddled with nostalgia, rocking chairs, and comfort food that always hits the spot. This isn’t a five-star fine dining kind of place—but that’s not what you come here for. It’s a great spot for breakfast or lunch at a fair price, and you always know what you’re going to get.

I especially like their rotating menus, particularly with the beverages—it keeps things interesting. And of course, you can’t forget the country store at the front. Not only do I enjoy picking up some fun candies, but I’ve also stumbled across some really cool vinyl albums there. Definitely not what you’d expect, but a pleasant surprise.

Overall, big thumbs up to this location in Sterling. Easy to get in and out of, rarely crowded, and one of the better spots to take the family for a meal without breaking the bank.

Got 2 different gravy types of the same gravy for my chicken breast (Grampa’s country fried) one thick like usual 👍🏻the other watered down. Breast was dry and overcooked.. asked for grape jelly- got strawberry.. requested again- got blackberry… asked a different server and FINALLY got grape (jam- watery).. asked for eggs scrambled soft- got dried out.. hash browns were bland… this is my favorite meal at CB and they came up short on every item .. disappointed. And it appeared that there were 2 different managers on the floor observing, but not doing anything else

Greatly appreciate the superb customer service received when we went to exchange a very large item from the store this morning...although we got there right when they opened, and had no plans to stay, after the super quick, friendly, and positive exchange, we decided to stay for breakfast! Thanks for all your hard work.
