I have only shopped at the little store. I have not eaten here. The staff have always been patient, lovely, and provided service with a smile.

Cracker Barrel is a regular pitstop for us, especially on long trips, but this particular location has issues. My son and I went there for dinner tonight and were seated at our table for fifteen minutes without anyone coming to take our order. Never had this happen at any other Cracker Barrel. This was after I told the hostess we were in a rush and needed to get in and out quickly. I saw a waitress take an order from the table next to us as we were sitting down, and then she walked (very slowly and leisurely) directly to the kitchen and we never saw her again. We ran out of time and just left without ordering.

Food's good and service is usually very good. Just a bad day I guess. Is it me or is it getting noisier in this restaurant? Shopping is always pretty good. I'll be back!
Parking: Handicap parking is on the side of the restaurant and it's wheelchair accessible.

This was my second year getting the Heat and Serve Thanksgiving Meal but I probably won’t order it again. The portions are super small this year. The gravy was not that great, the sweet potato casserole had the brown sugar and pecans ( 3 pecans) in the middle. It wasn’t even spread out had to add my own to make it even. The onions on the green bean “casserole” were soggy. The cranberry relish tasted as if it was out of a can. The stuffing was tasty. The staff at pickup was very friendly though. Not worth the price tag.

Cracker Barrel has always served a solid and tasty meal! The atmosphere is cozy and the staff friendly. I have not had a bad meal to date. Prices are very reasonable and the quality of the ingredients are good.

Got the Thanksgiving dinner for 4-6 people. This is my third year getting this meal and probably my last. Each year the quality has went down and the price up this year. The portion sizes were smaller than ever. Also, in the past there was a few things separated for example sweet potato casserole had the had the brown sugar and nuts separate that you could add on the day of cooking however, this time they were already on there and only placed in the center of the dish meaning I had to get my own ingredients to even it out. Also, green bean casserole had the onions already on it, which were soggy mush. I even paid extra for pies, which were placed in the box with everything else. The pumpkin pie was wrapped in plastic wrap, but the crust was all crumbled. The pecan pie was just in a box and the green beans leaked all over the place making the box wet, however I don’t think it got on the pie. I will say the staff Was very nice and pick up process was very fast and easy.

I hadn’t been to Cracker Barrel in a long time and had never been to this particular one at all. The food simply was not good nor did it present well on the plate. We had our two young grandsons with us who had never been to a Cracker Barrel restaurant. We thought we’d do something new. It was a total bust. Add to that, at 5 pm when we were there, they were already out of fried chicken.
Our server was taking orders and bringing food. Nothing special.
I wouldn’t waste my time or dollars going back to any Cracker Barrel honestly.
