Update: I recently went to the new location and got the cuban sandwich. The sandwich was delicious and huge! While the restaurant is currently takeout only, I highly recommend!This restaurant is completely CLOSED and shut down. Sign off building and windows boarded up. Extremely disappointed as I've been looking foward to trying it and everything online says it's open.

The service was good. But they were out of food items. Ended up ordering two empanadas and a sandwich. The empanadas were extremely greasy. The sandwich had a lot of meat, which is good, but it was bland. Overpriced food that didn’t meet expectations.

Just moved up to the NOVA area from South FL and was craving Cuban food. This place did not disappoint, best cuban food I've had in a while. Portions are big, I think two people could split an entree for sure.

Amazing sandwiches! Takes some time for them to get cooked up, not like fast-casual places like subway, potbelly, etc. But that wait is well worth it, the palomilla sandwich I got was incredible!

When you've been looking for a place for a while to find that Caribbean flavor and unmatched taste, this is it. We ordered the Cuban sandwich and it was extraordinary. We also ordered some pieces of ham leather and it was a trip to glory. The coffee with milk is also strong and tasty. Recommended. ??

This was my third time to Cubasi Bistro. The food has been amazing every time. The prices seem high but one person can easily get 2-3 meals out of one serving. The flavors are incredible and the pork melts in your mouth. Everyone in my office enjoys every dish we have had.

12/26/2023 Update.Arrived at 6:20 PM today hoping to finally give this place a try. Unfortunately, the store was closed despite the hours online showing that they close every day at 7 PM. So once again 1 star is very much deserved as I waisted my gas and time. I'm also surprised that the owners are clearly so disconnected that they don't bother to read and respond to reviews, while charging $15 for a sandwich.Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.---------I just arrived at 7:49 PM after making a special trip just to finally try this restaurant and I'm told the restaurant is closed (website says 8:00 PM). So terrible food, service and atmosphere and I do not recommend this restaurant.
