Domino's Pizza

The front desk lady was really un polite, she is in the phone, maybe she doesn’t want to work, and this store don’t have crush pepper and Parmesan cheese or something that you ask. Bad experience.

Ordered via phone. I asked the associate to leave my order at the front door, do not ring the doorbell. She agreed, just for the delivery guy to show up and do exactly that, completely disregarding the instructions on the receipt. He claimed these were new rules and they have to hand it off to the customer now. It seems their team isn’t on the same page. Not only did the associate who took my order agree to this, multiple times after I instructed not to do this, and noted that on the receipt he had, but it’s also still an option online. On top of that, order was incomplete though minor, associate could not apply a coupon or add the tip over the phone, bag was wet, hopefully just water. She added the tip to instructions portion of the receipt because I told her I wouldn’t be able to come to the door. I’m not sure if that could be used as a legal tender which makes me wonder if this was why the driver insisted on handing it off so I could note the tip on the appropriate tip line. Pizza was barely lukewarm despite ordering within the hour. Will avoid this location going forward.

I ordered sweet bbq bacon chicken bits and insted of bbq they add cinnamon not once but twice

Pizza was DELICIOUS, but the wings were…Questionable, was supposed to pay 33 but only had forty and my brother gave him the money but he didnt give back the change. Other then that the only flaw are the wings, just not for me.

It's literally the worst. My husband watched the driver drive past our room while waiting outside for it. He never called the number on the order. And I had to call the restaurant to even find out what's happening with my food. At this point, I don't even want it. It's going to be cold from sitting in a car and ice waited 45 mins now.

Devin and Keshia are the best always. Always ordering in the evenings and they never fail to miss !!

I am right now in the dominos they dont even wash there hands or use gloves while making the pizza i just told them to use gloves they told me they dont use but they are toching all the phones taking order using keyboard and directly touching pizza i think this is not hygienic place . Last thing we ordered 50 min ago i just walked in they are making now

Once you get the pizza it's okay. It's getting the pizza that's the problem. I follow the tracker and more than once the tracker said the pizza was delivered when it was not. Delivery seems to be an issue. Assume the driver is reporting the delivery and not delivering.

How disheartening that place was, an hour waiting for a pizza and the smallest one and even then they didn't give me one and they treated me horrible, I canceled the order and they threw the money at me, what a disgusting place.

I ordered a beef and ham pizza and received just a cheese pizza and cold as they didn’t notify me of delivery and sitting outside for 15 minutes

The lady working there is very rude, I order online almost everyday, this time I called because it was taken so long, so I call and she just keeps hanging my phone calls.. it looks like Dominos is forcing those people to work there...

I really enjoy this Location, the food Is always hot & ready. They always have deals going on, & the customer service is great, even on the busiest times.
I highly recommend if you're in the area.?
