Domino's Pizza

Ordered 2 pizzas, one medium with normal sauce and a large with extra sauce. Took a bite and didn't taste or see the sauce after taking the cheese off. I don't recommend a pizza without sauce. Good thing the large has some sauce, it definitely didn't have extra sauce on it. Also, both boxes are the same size, I ordered a large and medium.

The chicken carbonara used to be a great meal, featuring a generous amount of sauce, pasta, chicken, onions, and mushrooms. But the one I received was only half full, no mushrooms or onions, and hardly any sauce.

The chicken Caesar salad was dismal. The lettuce was mostly stalk/core pieces, and the chicken and cheese were dried out.

The brownies were stale.

I've never had such a disappointment of a meal from the store at 20921 Davenport Dr Ste 126 Ste 126, Sterling, VA 20165. At least the delivery was fast.

Always fresh, hot, & fast - you can tell they don’t use old stale ingredients. This is definitely one of the best dominos I’ve had in a very long time.

My experience was incredibly frustrating with this location. My pizza had barely any sauce, and when I called, I was told it was my fault for ordering light sauce. “if I didn’t want it to be dry, I should’ve ordered regular sauce”. I was told they “made it right” and they weren’t going to fix it.

When I asked for a manager, I was told he was “too busy” and that they knew everything was right because corporate was visiting next week.

Not only was the food wrong, the attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic customer service. I was frustrated and admittedly rude in response but that was after being shocked at how little they cared to help.

One day the driver got mad cause he didn't receive a tip , after he asked once we received the food not knowing if I was going to give him one but didn't , then the next time we ordered the pizza was horrible didn't even eat , call the store to speak with the manager that was rude

We had a system error when we ordered online and we accidentally submitted a duplicate order, not knowing the first one went through. They delivered the first one to our door, but rather than facing us with an accidental duplicate they left the second order outside where it sat for hours.

This place puts the STEMS of jalapeños on the pizzas. The stems are gross and no one eats them; everyone knows this. There were THREE jalapeño stems on my pizza. Outrageous. Rating 3 stars instead of 1 because I’ve had good experiences with them before.

The quality hurt when they doubled the price putting less sauce and cheese.

It definitely has improved over the years for the food. The employee at the register was not too happy when we picked up our order. Atmosphere is clean and organized.

Ordered delivery and never received my food. Called the store and told them I never received it and they did nothing about it. The next day I get a call from a woman who lives a street over from me who tells me she found my order outside of her door the next morning. Never got a refund.
