Domino's Pizza

Ordered delivery and never received my food. Called the store and told them I never received it and they did nothing about it. The next day I get a call from a woman who lives a street over from me who tells me she found my order outside of her door the next morning. Never got a refund.

I have been extremely disappointed with the service at Dominion Pizza store, especially with the night-time employees. This is the second time I've had an issue with my extra cheese order. Both times, the cheese on the pizza was burnt, completely ruining the taste. On top of that, the employees were rude and dismissive. This consistent poor service is unacceptable, and I won't be ordering from this store again.

In order 3 topping chicken, Mushroom and green paper, when I picked up the pizza come to my place I see no chicken on it, I called the store and I sent the picture that’s missing chicken the guy says that I picked up the chicken from it and he sees the spots, here is the picture

Messed up our order and had to wait nearly an hour on hold only to find out there was no manager on duty to help us.

Order showed up 1 hr and 10 mins after ordering online. Called to ask where my order was and the guy on the phone said they only have 1 driver working. He didn't seem to know what was going on. Crazy. There not 1.5 miles away from my location. Ordered 2 pizzas that showed up cold. I order extra cheese and didn't receive it. Bad experience all around. Come on dominions.

We regularly order here but the experience we had today with our driver was not cool. The driver called and said he could not find our apartment and was saying he is by apartment 12235, we said our building number and the driver said I know your number but I'm at 12235. We said we don't know where he is as there are many apartment buildings so we aren't sure how to help him. He was speaking pretty rudely. He showed up 10 minutes later, while we are on hold on the phone withthe store. He puts the bag warmer to us for us to take the food out of the bag, while we are holding the phone. We had to take multiple heavy boxes out of the food holder bag ourselves, struggling to hold the boxes of food and the phone because he would not help. The pizza was luke warm. Poor customer service.

I was regular customer the 1st experience was a week ago I ordered online delivery after 40 minutes they called me to tell me i have to come over to get my order because they don’t have enough drivers, the 2nd experience was today i ordered online delivery after 20 minutes i received message on the App saying my order is been cancelled i need to contact the store i did the manager said they can’t make my order because they short stuffing and they were close early my order was placed around 8:20 , And anytime i order i put the highest tips on the App . Immediately i deleted the App and i am not going to order from this store aging poor management this store not recommended.

This Domino's is the worst!!!! The customer service is horrible!!! I just ordered a pizza from this location and the delivery person knocked on my door one time, as soon as I heard the door I got up to go answer it. Upon opening the door I find my order on the ground sitting in bird poop!!!!!! You guys need to do better!!! Very disappointed ?
