Disappointing experience at this location. Ordered a ham and Swiss croissant through the drive-through, but received an egg sandwich instead. When I returned to explain the mix-up and request a replacement or credit, the staff member repeatedly said “I’m not sure about that” without offering any solution.
I asked to speak with a manager to resolve the issue, but was told no manager was available - which seems odd for a business during operating hours. As a regular customer, I expected better service and a willingness to make things right when mistakes happen. Hopefully management addresses the training issues with their staff.

I have officially decided to stop coming to this location after going to this Dunkin’ for years. The coffee they make now is absolutely horrible. This place is a waste of money. If you see teenage boys working, turn around they won’t make you good coffee.
The last couple of times I’ve come in, it’s been two teenagers who don’t seem to care. I always walk in and see them on their phones. They don’t even smile, like they don’t want to be there.
When I ordered a Brown Sugar Shakin Espresso, the color didn’t even look like coffee and it tasted spoiled. I regret not taking a picture of the drink. Another time, I got an iced matcha latte with only two pumps of sugar free vanilla syrup, but it was so sugary I couldn’t even drink it. I don’t understand how you can mess that up.
That said, there was this one teenage boy, if I’m not mistaken, the name was Sal, who was actually well mannered and made good coffee. Kudos to him!
You’re better off going to Coldspoon. Even if their coffee costs more, at least they get it right.

Seriously maybe the worst DD on the planet. No sugared jelly (ever), today no chocolate glazed, no cinnamon sugar, doesn't know what a regular coffee is. Oh, and the coffee was lukewarm at best. @DunkinDonuts please come train this joint! Put this outlet on your avoid list!

Dunkin currently has a $6 meal deal. This store stopped honoring the deal. Not sure if this is permitted in the Dunkin ownership. I will not be going to this store any more.

So disappointed.I ordered the Dunkin box sausage, egg and cheese.It's in the name of the meal and didn't receive the sausage!!!!!
The only thing I didn’t like it was that there were closing at 6 pm and I had to knock the door.

Cold coffee, low selection, stale donuts. Really long waits, and the staff tries to gaslight you? So weird. There’s another DD down the way, don’t bother here.

Horrible customer service. Came in with zero patrons in the store. As people started to enter the store I still had to wait a while to get my food. Then when I did get it , the order was incorrect and I was charged incorrectly. Went to the counter and stood there while 3 people didn’t acknowledge me. Finally, someone helped me but decided to pass me off to someone else because “she was too busy” and was told the employee who took my order was new. They didn’t want to correct my payment. At this point the time it would take to correct it wasn’t worth all the time I already wasted and it was more important to get my kids to school. Poor customer service , far better places to spend my money.

This Dunkin location sucks! They need to hire more part time people to handle the morning rush. Only two people working for drive thru and walk in. Took them 30 mins for my coffee. I had to leave and come back for the drink. Also, they got no fricking heat inside!

Go to ColdSpoon for coffee and snack. They make it fresh and hot. Quick service.
