Apparently they told me they were out of mocha and couldn’t do my order which is understandable, i later asked for a dunkalatte and said it wasn’t offered in hot but menu says otherwise. They don’t seem to know what they’re selling.

5/21/25 @ 6:50pm I ordered two dozen donuts with a latte from this place and they give me 2 dozen munchkins instead. Then the guy who took my order came and kept accusing me of saying I said munchkins and not donuts, he kept standing there arguing and smirking at me… I tried to get to return the munchkins or substitute for the price of getting the two dozen donuts I wanted in two boxes, but the girl who was there didn’t want to do either one and just wanted to give me 6 donuts to substitute for the 25 munchkins, no managers to talk to and help refused. I tried to explain that my order was taken wrong and she just looked confused and didn’t want to help while the guy kept walking back and forth and laughing and saying things and kept shutting the window at me. I asked for the their names and the name of a manager to talk to and the girl refused to give me any of the information while very well knowing that it was because she was doing something wrong. Drove away without what I came for and the 6 donuts I didn’t ask for.

This location deserves NO stars. It has burned me like three times, I don't believe they know what a LATTE is, or just too lazy to make it and just do regular coffee for anything you ask. ( Even if u ask for macha latte )

I'm calling y'all out, learn how to make drinks or don't. I don't care because I won't be coming here anymore.

Don’t waste your money supporting this location. They do a very poor job of representing the franchise. I have repeatedly attempted to order donuts via the app and they never have them in stock, regardless of the type I order. Also, the young employees they employ have no sense of customer service or human decency. While I support the company, I would encourage you to go anywhere else.

These people do not want to be here. I walked in. There about 6 employees. 2 tables that had customers. Nobody was in line inside or drive through. They looked at me and turned to do whatever they were doing and nobody asked me for my order or to help me. I waited for a few minutes and the i decided to leave. When i got outside i looked in and then someone went to the counter as if i was standing there. I dont get it. Its like they just didnt want customers to be there. Will never go there again and will tell everyone of my experience. Date 5/13/2025 10am.

Absolutely horrible experience. I was initially told I could get extra ice in a large cup, but was then handed a medium, charged for a large, and refused a large empty cup to transfer my drink—even when I offered to pay for it. The excuses changed: first it was because the manager was there, then suddenly the manager wasn’t there. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service was astounding. I left frustrated, with no resolution, and no one even attempting to understand what I was asking. Truly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

The WORST Dunkin in this area. Rudest customer service, they all look like they don’t want to be there, they don’t acknowledge you. Coffee is a hit or miss. I went today, (mobile order)Nobody said anything at the drive thru speaker, so I pulled up sat there over 5 min. Finally the girl came (Hispanic w/braces) asked what I needed, rolled her eyes bc I said I have a mobile order and nobody ever spoke at the speaker. She said oh the drive thru is closed.. mmh so why no sign at the speaker saying it’s out? I paid for cold foam this is how my drink was. Just horrible all around! I see why the ratings are so low. I will not bring my $ back here. So I went so Starbucks next door, friendly service, gladly gave me a side of cold foam.

Inconsistent drinks and worse management and customer service. My coffee was too light and sweet so I asked if I could pay for extra coffee to darken it and dilute it but was refused by management. Steer clear from this location. The employees are extremely rude!

WORST DUNKIN EVER, very disappointed in came in at 5:10pm and everything was empty i asked if they had anymore donuts but they said that they ran out? How do you run out of donuts at 5pm on a slow day the store was empty, empty drive thru also and you close at 10pm.......very disappointed i love dunkin but I'll take my business elsewhere, employees looked very annoyed and talking with each other and saying cursing words....very unprofessional!!!

They are usually sold out of anything worth buying by 9:30 am. And if you use mobile order beware- you'll arrive to pick up your order and they'll be out of whatever you ordered and you'll be out of luck. This has happened to me numerous times. And don't bother with the customer service thru the app. They won't respond to your requests. Just go to Starbucks or the Chick-fil-A across the street.

waited 20 minutes for an everything bagel. they gave the last two to people who ordered after me then told me they ran out. asked for ketchup and worker with uneven nose ring ignored me.
