Very small squishy doughnuts. They were very ok. The staff is very nice and does their best to make quality doughnuts. We tried once that was good enough

so I went there today to get my latte and the girl on the drive-through said that their machine broke down so they couldn’t give me a hot latte but they could make me a Iced latte instead. I said I didn’t want a iced latte, but maybe I could get a refund please. The girl said that there’s no manager and told me to come to the Drive-through window So I did. She kept forcing me to get the ice latte instead I told her that it was too cold and I have a throat infection and I can’t drink an iced latte. It was then that the lady who was supposed to be maybe the manager who was hearing the entire conversation finally decided to give me the refund. It’s just that I shouldn’t have to buy something that I don’t want. and also the fact that the girl at the cashier lied that there was no manager present and that she kept asking me to buy something I didn’t want that makes me a little upset. It’s a really small issue , but just you know to maintain their integrity as a business, It’s important not to lie. I Did get my refund though and got my Duncan latte from another store like a mile away.

Recently i’ve been coming here and it’s been so slow, like i’m talking like sitting in the drive through for 5-10 minutes (probably longer) with no cars in the line. Couldn’t even get a straw without being handed one and they close the window and walk away.

I ordered donuts from here through DoorDash and I asked for a variety kinds of donuts for my family to pick some and it’s my mom birthday and her favorite sweet treat. Instead I got all Pumkin donuts. That’s extremely disappointing. I tried calling to speak to a manager and it just hangs up. You guys need to pay attention and do better.

Today, we visited this Dunkin’ Donuts. The place looked dirty, and although the three employees working there were doing the best they could and had a great attitude, it was clear they weren’t properly trained. There was no manager on site to guide them, and they seemed pretty much left to fend for themselves. My recommendation to the manager or owner is to take action, invest time in training the staff, and improve the overall cleanliness of the location. It definitely needs some attention.

This location has gradually gotten worse. They have run out of donuts on numerous occasions and today I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a side of bacon. The bagel barely had cream cheese on it and I got 3 little pieces of bacon. The donuts are so expensive now and are not the same quality. I will not be coming back again.
