The donuts were not fresh from today, they were very dried and they did not know how to put bacon in the loaded hash browns. The bathroom was very dirty. It has not rained nor snowed and many days and the floor was covered with dirty shoe prints.

This place is absolute trash. The coffee tastes horrible, like it was made days ago. They never have donuts, everything looks dirty, and the employee doesn’t do his job because he’s too busy playing games on his phone. Completely unprofessional. This place is a waste of time and money.

No matter when I put in a mobile order, my drink is never ready. I've waited 25 min sometimes for my drink, that should have been done by the time I got to the store. I always put my orders in 10 min before I get there to avoid having to wait.
The workers don't measure the meili/cream approximately. It's always so heavy on almond milk or cream no matter the drink.

Made my order wrong twice, I’m a vegetarian and ordered an avocado toast with no bacon, and received one with bacon. My drink was made wrong twice and I was met by the rudest workers on both occasions I’ve visited. Terrible customer service, can’t make an order to save their lives. Won’t be coming back!

Visited this location on Sunday October 26…the person taking my order did not know how to use the register. They kept struggling and asking for help and no help was given. I blame this on management for putting new employees on the register. Second the manager is restocking coffee while there’s 3 people waiting for orders to be taken. When I order I asked for almond milk TWICE as I didn’t see it appear on the screen and she said “ yeah almond milk “ the MANAGER makes my drink and hands it to me and I ask him if it was almond milk he said yes …. Turns out it wasn’t . Not only did I wait 20 minutes for one ice caramel latte but they didn’t even make it right. I will never be returning to this place. And to top it off their area manager was visiting which the employees even more nervous. Not sure if this is a corporate ran restaurant or franchise regardless of what it is changes need to be made
