The workers at lunch time seemed very indifferent to customers. They didn't have many donuts and the ones they had were clearly not fresh. Almost didn't care about service and more anxious of getting back on their mobile phones. I have not been to a Duncan recently but this one should be avoided.

I ordered something’s from this location and firstly the employee didn’t know what to do they were rude not welcoming at all. The drink was bad i could feel the raw sugar inside my mouth. I’m not visiting this location until there is some improvement. My money got wasted. The drink was also low it wasn’t full they need some changes. oh also none of the employee were wearing gloves.😔

Cashier was very rude playing on his phone the whole time I had to wait for him to complete His game prior to taking my order and once he takes my order at 2 PM tells me that they’re out of everything even though the store does not close until later on at night horrible service will not be returning to this one and don’t either, was not even greeted or acknowledged

Walked in and their Latte machine is broken, it's the thing you sell, how do you not have a backup machine. I was charged $4 for 1 English muffin because they didn't know how to charge me properly so they just charged me for eg/cheese muffin and gave me a English muffin.
Dunkin you need to do better. This is unacceptable.
Mobile order is never ready on time even if you order 10-15mins ahead. People who work there don’t seem interested and lack basic customer service. They are either on phone or have headphones on. They spend time in the back room and don’t serve customers waiting in line. It takes atleast 10 mins to get a coffee with 2-3 customers in front of me always. I arrived before closing time, saw person in the back room, called him few times he won’t come to take order and finally when he came out after few mins he told me they are closed and showed me time that it’s 7:01pm. Why do you even have this store?

This is one of the worst Dunkins around… Placed a mobile order for pick up more than 10 minutes until arrival and the store was supposed to open at 4:30 AM… I show up at 5:02 AM to no lights on and not a soul insight so now I’m out almost 7 dollars from purchasing an iced coffee and also I’m not getting that iced coffee now as well as my money back… Stay far away from this hellhole, most of the workers are lazy too.
