Bad experience with the manager - my girlfriend and I ordered some food and coffee for pickup here via the Dunkin app. When I got there, they said they have not received any order so I politely explained to them that it successfully went through in the app. I showed them the receipt and everything and the manager looked it over and said that because it never came in the system, he couldn’t make the order. He didn’t offer me a solution or anything, he just wanted me to pay for it all over again as if it was my fault. It took me asking “so what do you want me to do then? should I call the app?” for the manager to nod his head like that was even a solution he suggested. Horrible experience.

If I could give this Dunkin a BIG FAT ZERO I WOULD!!! Absolutely horrible employee experience. Roland (if that’s his name) definitely should not be working in customer service. I stop by my local Dunkin everyday, get the same drink everyday. I pay $11.28 for a latte for extra espresso shots. He told me he put them in. Looked like milk with a splash of coffee. When I asked for the correct amount of espresso he looked at me and sd I put them in!! So frustrating $11 down the drain where I dumped this drink!! Also didn’t have the donut either ??‍♀️

Ordered two sausage and egg sandwiches and a coffee roll.Didn't get a sandwich and the sandwich I did get, the meat and egg were cut in half and put next to eachother. Neve got the coffee roll either. Terrible location. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE L.

Just went to this location today. I really never get coffee for myself so this was a special treat on a bad day. I was excited to go to Dunkin. I asked the young guy working there if the cold brew was flavored. That stumped him. He wouldn't talk to me. He whispered under his breath and I had to tell him I couldn't hear him 3 times.He then rolls his eyes and covers his face whispering something else. I ask, do you know what flavors the cold brew comes in again. He says he doesn't know and to just read the sign. I ask, okay does anyone else know? Can someone talk to me? (they were completely empty, no other customers and 2-3 people in the back). He says "no no one knows-what flavor do you want?"This went on for a few minutes. Eventually I said "what the hell is wrong with you? why did you need to be so rude" and left. This kid should be trained or fired.I just wanted some coffee, which is what you sell. Why treat a paying customer like that? Why hire people who refuse to communicate on the most basic level? What a terrible experience.

The ppl working there are completely rude and disinterested in their jobs. They dont acknowledge you or greet you. I stood there at the counter waiting while the guy behind the counter just stood there staring into the abyss.

Make sure to check your orders since they gave mine away to someone else. What's the point of having a number on your ticket if it's not being checked????? It was not extremely busy and the order was not complicated. It's really annoying to say the least!!!Also no apology given for the mistake this irked me to no end.Should have gone across the street to WAWA where everything is better that's for SURE!!!!!!!!

I saw 2 mice running around in the kitchen when I passed by here late at night. The mice were very visible from outside the window and door. Unfortunately google does not allow video uploads for reviews so I will just post these screenshots. I have ordered drinks and donuts here in the past and they were tasty but now seeing this is gross and unhygienic.

Very uncomfortable experience probably because I’m black with tattoos and piercings. Won’t fix my order they messed up. And I’ve been kind the entire time. These are not the loaded hash browns advertised on commercials. It’s missing the bacon and they won’t fix it. And I won’t be coming back to this location.

The employees are actually ok, the manager is the most disgustingly rude person I’ve ever encountered. The fact that he’s in a leadership position is appalling. My entire time there he would not stop, yelling or insulting the employees just trying to serve the customers. He literally said “are you guys in elementary? How can you be so stupid and slow” in front of me and other customers. Will not be returning. Those poor employees must deal with hell when customers aren’t around.
