Waited 15 minutes for them to open just for them to say No Iced Lattes. What?!?! How?!! You just opened. You should at least inform people that are waiting in line. I was not the only one that wanted a latte.
My wife and I bought donuts and coffee here on August 6, 2023, while waiting for our flight to Mexico City. The employee Hosneara was nice. Otherwise it was Dunkin' donuts and coffee.
This is for the DD on Gate D5 at Dulles Airport. No frozen drinks and no ham & cheese croissant wrap/roll(?). And my glazed donut was ok, lots of sprinkles and barely any glaze. I get it that this is an airport location, but damn…
No rewards scan. No mobile ordering. And won’t honor Nat’l Donut day deal. They can do better.
Quite a nice place. I first had Dunkin donuts about 25 years ago. It's still the same with a modern look.
The staff has a bad attitude towards customers.
Went to the Dunkin Express, they were selling day olds in the morning. I was excited to get a fresh donut to start my day.
Was recently in Dulles waiting for a flight and needing some food - Dunkin Donuts to the rescue with the perfect iced coffee and a delish Tomato Pesto Grilled Cheese sandwich. The coffee is so good because it is not too sweet - very refreshing. The sandwich was so good - hit the spot and wasn't expensive. And the woman at the counter was so nice! Very helpful, cheerful and helping everyone - so nice to see such service especially in an airport. Great job Dunkin Donuts!
Went there and bought a grilled cheese. Extremely dry and burnt. I asked for some butter ,the server started yelling I can't have butter. She then said I must pay $1.50 for some butter. I could not eat it, was so dry and bad. Poor quality cheese but the service was the worst. Left the sandwich at the counter and she threw it away. July 25th . 2:30pm Rude and dismissive staff. Would never eat at Dunkin Donuts again!!! Won't pay for that kind of treatment/ service.
Stood in a relatively short line for a half-hour. Dunkin’ Donuts corporate, if you are reading this. MAKE THE MENU SHORTER. Clearly the workflow can’t keep up with the complexity of the menu.

At the Dulles airport on a Sunday, we didn't expect our sausage and egg one with cheese crossaints to be burnt. It was hunger pains that made my husband and I endure, but the egg was frozen and the bread was overcooked because it had to put back into the toaster oven more than once to thaw out the frozen egg patties.
The worst Dunkin donut locations in the nation. I’m talking about all 3 locations that they have at Dulles international. All 3 are pretty bad.I’m at Dulles international every week so I have tried them quite a few times. Each time was a disaster. Beginning with the fact that their donuts are NEVER fresh (they look and taste like they are a week old) ending up with rude and unfriendly employees who barely speak English. They will also charge you for hot water…also you’ll pay extra for a different size of tea (so you end up paying for hot water after all since it only comes with 1 tea bag). They went through a change of ownership in the past but that did not change a thing. I do not recommend this place.
Great job on Sunday afternoon. Fresh hot coffee. Great service with a nice attitude and very polite. Betelhem was a pleasure! Thank you!
Typical Dunkin'. Very nice and friendly cashier. But, made my coffee wrong twice. No big deal!
Iced Caramel Macchiato, Egg & Cheese Muffin, Boston Kreme.
