Other than the fact that they've moved further away and it's smaller, EI never disappoints with their creations! As a part minute birthday cake, I bought the lemon sublime. Jim was very helpful in being able to save one for me. Also, I bought a half dozen of their freshly baked cupcakes; most of them were very good--a couple were on the dry side but still tasted delicious. And bought a few brownies; those didn't disappoint either.
Edibles Incredibles prepares excellent dessert products. My wife and I chose this vendor for our wedding (cake and cookies), and we were thoroughly pleased with the quality of their desserts. Their cakes are rich and delicious; they even offered us a small complimentary cake for our first anniversary, which we thoroughly enjoyed as well.
