I got the tres leches cake for my wife’s birthday. It was pretty dry. There were parts that were moist and ok, but overall a pretty dry cake and was really disappointing from as I was looking forward to some good tres leches. For dessert purposes, I’d probably go elsewhere.

We were so excited to try this cake, sadly was grossed out and disgusted right after. Today was my dad’s birthday and we wanted to make it special. We are not from the area but we heard great things about this bakery. A refund would be greatly appreciated, we had to throw the cake away. This was the second hair I found within the icing.

The best pan dulce ever 🤤
I purchased 8 bakery items but was charged for 9. Please double-check your items at the cashier before paying. Also, the quality of the pastries didn’t meet my expectations.
El Salvadorian sweet bread. Not as much selection and the donuts were very greasy. I went end of day so it might be better if you go early morning. People were really nice!
I stopped by to get some pastries. prices are not cheap but reasonable prices. when i was done, i had to wait cause the cashier were inside, probably working on something when I was paying the total came up to $10 for 5 pieces. when I was paying the register suggested a tip wich I ignored and just tap my card to pay. to my surprised they auto added 30% for tip. my final total came up to $13. she cashier slightly giggle. that's a pretty high tip cause you pick your own pastries. the cashier only charges you when you are done and put it in a bag.
I love their cake. They make the best cakes.

Was kicked out for bringing our necessary service animal inside. Staff was rude and didn’t care what we had to say even when trying to show the documentation. Remove the sign if this is incorrect.
EDIT: since I cannot directly reply to your reply, I must do so this way- I will try to follow your response:
The ADA actually does not require service animals to wear visible identification like a vest, harness or ID tag. This can bring attention to the persons with disabilities which is very uncomfortable and makes situations worse. *Could* they wear visible identifiers, sure, that’s on each individual’s decision. It is embarrassing when others see us and point us out in public because of the visible identifier.
It is also embarrassing when staff, like yours, completely ignore us, not even trying to listen. We were explaining it is a service animal and we have digital documentation to show, and your staff kept repeating, loudly and aggressively, “no dogs, don’t care, no, no, leave now, don’t care, leave now” etc, talking over us, in front of other customers, then turning their backs, walking away and refusing service by verbally saying, “no service.”
I understand trying to protect your business, but please familiarize yourself with ADA regulations, and maybe look into re-training your staff, or getting a new one completely.
We are simply giving a heads up to others with disabilities and service animals.
I’m glad you watched video surveillance to see how your staff treats and speaks to customers- and by the looks of previous reviews, this seems to have been going on for years.
