It's a gem. Great pizza ? & great staff.We happened to stumble upon this place while we were dropping off friends at Dulles airport & were extremely happy with it. We tried a few pizzas but the standout was the one with Goat cheese & arugula (Roya??). We sat next to folks who said the restaurant has been around 25+ yrs and that they have been visiting it since it's early days (it seems that Emilio's has been one of the few in the area that always used organic/non-gmo ingredients). The staff was great and treated us very warmly with honest suggestions and recommendations. We'll be back again ?

We came for dinner while traveling and it did not disappoint. My kids say it’s the best food they’ve ever had and I would agree. The meal was delicious and the service was wonderful. The portion sizes are huge. We got the chicken kabobs for an appetizer and she warned us it would take a while to cook, and it did. But man, it was MORE than worth the wait. Just amazing! We travel here often and look forward to coming back.

We had dinner at Emilio's Brick Oven Pizza, a very good restaurant off of Shaw Rd. Apparently they have been at this location for more than 28 years. The food was great, the owner, Roya was very kind. The ingredients were so fresh and I saw they were emptying and washing each deep fryer pans after each use. The salad dressings were all homemade. My little picky eater daughter ate so much pizza and mozzarella sticks! Lovely hidden gem right in our area! (Or maybe we were the only ones not knowing anout this place lol!)
