I wanted to have birthday brunch with my family today, but unfortunately that wasn’t possible. We walked in and were seated immediately. Not one server acknowledged us or even offered us water. There were only 5 occupied tables. I saw servers standing in the back talking amongst each other. We were with two hungry kids and had to leave to head to another restaurant.

No service for 10 minutes after being seated. Table was passed by and looked at by multiple servers without acknowledgement.

Food is normally good, but service was non existent. We were patient and no one acknowledged us. The table that came in before us had their appetizer on the table and no one acknowledged us beyond the hostess who brought us water. There was plenty of help in there tonight too.

Oh, where do I start. Unfortunately, the service at this location has been going downhill for quite some time now. It all started when I put in a to-go order at 6:30pm for the food to be ready at 7pm. I arrived at 7:05pm and they couldn't find my food, and the host says to me "to be honest bro, I forgot to put it in". Ok whatever, I'll go to the bar and get a beer until it's ready (Meanwhile my fiance is in the car losing patience). At 7:35 the host comes with my food and I take it to my car. We ordered 5 items and checked it to make sure it was right. We were completely missing one of the items and 3 of the other 4 were completely wrong. Not a little wrong, COMPLETELY wrong. So we're upset and we talk to the manager and she gives us a $50 gift card for our problems. Whatever, restaurants have bad nights. We go again to use our gift card and this time we eat in for brunch, and the food and service was fine, besides the host that messed our order up last time was there sitting on the counter swinging his legs and on his phone the entire time (shocker). However, when it comes time to pay, we hand our waitress our phone's wallet to use the gift card. The manager comes back with the phone and says the gift card doesn't work and to show her the text message they sent us, and it felt like she was accusing us of trying to use a fake gift card. She says "Oh wow it even has our logo and looks real." Needless to say it did scan and work. You were the one that gave us the gift card because you didn't give us anything we ordered and we paid the full price. I tried to give them one more chance by Uber Eats to avoid them and just get the food and I ordered one pizza and they messed half of it completely up. So I'm throwing in the towel with this dumpster fire. It's a shame because I love the food but the manager and staff literally can't do anything right.

I worked at Fireworks before, but for a different location and don't feel the standards are being met here.

Sat at the bar and had amazing service from Melissa (manager and bar tender). She was awesome, made amazing drinks and chatted with us. Try the Blackberry sangria and the Mark Twain Old Fashioned. My husband had the east meets West Old Fashioned and said it was amazing. The classic burger was delish and the Caesar salad with chicken and shrimp were great.

This place is unclean and gross. Seems like something really changed in the past couple months because it was a great spot before. Many better other pizza and Happy hour options in the area now. Sad to see the service go down the drain! Used to be my favorite spot to grab a happy hour drink and bite.

Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair ramp has bad cracks in it that make it very difficult to get up!!

Kitchen not equipped to handle All-You-Can-Eat Brunch. 45 minutes in and still waiting for pancakes and French Toast. Server said it was because they had a 2 large groups and the griddle was too small. If you are going to include griddle items for an AYCE, then you should be equipped to make those items for all who order. My husband told server to cancel his order and 2 minutes later, the server came with a plate of pancakes that he said he took from someone else's order...as though we should be thankful that we're finally getting served. My husband said nope, don't want it at this point, and server said he wasn't sure if Manager would take off the bill. A few minutes later, the manager comes out with the check and says she took off my husband's meal and gave us a discount. I told her that we weren't finished and were still waiting for items we had ordered for me and my son. She just wanted to get rid of us instead of asking what it would take to make it right! She comped our meal and said that it was a "teachable moment " for the staff. We're not interested in a free meal. We wanted the experience we came for - brunch with a reasonable wait NOT a comped meal at the sake of a bad experience. Aside from this experience, the Manager definitely needs her own teachable moment. The people at the table next to us were her friends and she came over and had a lengthy, loud conversation with them, during which, in full hearing of my 9 year old son, she dropped profanities, including the F bomb, and then discussed a person she and her friends knew who was MURDERED and how appalled she was that someone asked for pictures of the murdered person's body. Can't make this stuff up folks! Laughably, she was going on to her friends about how the restaurant is all about great customer service. The restaurant owners should also know that she told her friends that she was giving them a discount. Wow, like she owns the place! Won't be back. Tell the world my story.

The food was mediocre at best. We got the bottomless brunch and the available options sounds great. The portions were fine but the quality was subpar. The Avocado toast was stale and dry, the Bourbon Pecan french toast was ice cold and flavorless, the potatoes has zero seasoning, literally just a potato. The chorizo Mac and cheese tasted fine but was clearly sitting under a heat lamp for an extended period of time. It was incredibly difficult to get our servers attention and not the quality of service we anticipated. Drinks ran dry, no "how is everything" check in until after the check was dropped, just subpar. It was Sunday morning and we expected a crowd but they were dead. We were one of four tables in the building, all the more reason we were disappointed about the service.

Had some real good pizzas. Plenty of pizzas and option types available. Good taste, good service. Felt expensive, prices could be reduced a bit for the portion size

We had mozzarella bites, garlic knots, stuffed jalapenos and a sandwich. The first two had absolutely no taste to them - neither did the sauce. The jalapenos were not as terrible. The sandwich tasted like old, cheap oil - plus we found a hair on the bottom of one half. Unfortunately, the only upside is that the food looked quite appetizing.

Great Happy Hour and Bartenders. Jess and Melissa were some of the most personable and sweet bartenders I have encountered since pre-covid. It was refreshing and wonderful to hangout with them and enjoy the great happy hour specials.

Love Fire Works Pizza! They are definitely an underrated spot in the neighborhood. We love their house-made pizzas and pastas, everything has always been amazing. $15 for 15 wings on Sundays is a steal!
Service is always friendly and food is served promptly. Need to return for their bottomless brunch for sure!
