The food was amazing. The employees were kind. The store was clean and had a friendly environment. Food was fresh and appetizing. I want to also mention that an employee named Khuram made our food he was extremely nice and our food ass really good defiantly recommend.
Don't go here, the people working there don't even know how to make their sandwiches. Every time I go there they always mess up my order. This last time I ordered a turkey bacon ranch with no mayo, no tomato. Not only did they not put ranch on the sandwich WHICH IS IN THE NAME OF THE SANDWICH but the worker for some reason put mustard on it when that sandwich doesn't even come with mustard. Spend your money elsewhere that actually knows what they're doing cause this place certainly doesn't and I'm convinced they never will at this point.

Totally incompetent staff. The cashier Mario is Unprofessional and unhelpful . They refused a refund, Stating that is their policy. Dirty bathrooms, do not go to this location

Food was hot and fresh when I arrived. I messed up my order online but called shorty after I noticed my mistake and the manager fixed my mistake. The manager laughed with me and said no worries it happens all the time (this kind action made me feel better). As soon as I walked in they greeted me and were friendly. I can’t express the top notch service I received this evening and will definitely be coming back to the Sterling VA restaurant again and again. Also, the food was yummy and reasonably priced.
I finally decided to write a review after a few visits to this location. I order ahead through the app everytime. Everytime I get my food something is wrong or missing. Last time they mixed up the breads of my bf and I order. This time they added mayo to mine and no pickles were served. I’m so fed up with this poor service and the feeling of the workers don’t care. Luckily I’m not allergic but what if someone was allergic and it was on the food even if it was noted in the order. Avoid if you want your food made properly and correctly.
Not only is the food great here but the service is just as great if not better. I had tried to place an order for pick-up tonight and I guess I missed the cut off time and it was scheduled for 10:40 the next morning. After realizing my mistake, I rushed over there to see if it could be corrected. The gentleman working behind the counter got with his manager and they made my sandwich tonight. I'm glad to see there're still places willing to help their customer base out instead of telling them they're shit out of luck.

Super cool guy in register fr, I think his name is Khurram, I got the small smokehouse it took around 7 minutes, it was great! Would come back if I didn't live 2 hours away

Was super excited that the Thanksgiving sub was back. Ordered it for delivery and when it arrived, 15 minutes later it was cold. They clearly did not put it through their warming machine which makes this sub amazing. So disappointed. Just ruined it. Do your job please and make the food that we pay for correctly. I know food service can be hard, I worked in it for 15 years. Take pride in your job and the food you serve. The job is what you make of it.
