The order took more than 20 minutes and I ordered it to go and normally they put tomato sauce on this order, they didn't even do it. I have gone to several establishments and of all the Five Guys this one disappointed me.

I consistently get very soggy undercooked fries at this location. It's a large disappointment. There's no way to ask for well done fries or anything on the app which is how I usually have to order. I feel like you shouldn't have to ask for cooked fries though. Everything else is done well . Just the fries are not good

Food and service are great. Atmosphere is horrible. The music is way too loud. It’s always empty in here because you can’t take a phone call, have a conversation or barely give your order. Turn the music down please.

The staff has always been very kind and friendly, and this location also makes the best milkshakes of all the Five Guys we've been to! Prices do add up fast for a whole family, so we usually only go as a treat; but with the peanuts and generous fry portions, we always leave full!

Well i must say they are my favorite cheese burger,but at this point it's only a once in a blue moon type of event seeing me and the wife had 1 burger for each of us and we shared a large fries and it cost us over 40 dollars ,it's to the point of ridiculous now,i can't see them sustaining these prices and staying in business for very much longer,i may be wrong but just my own experience,i used to go a lot more often ,and honestly I've only gone twice in the last year ,and after the shock of the last trip it'll be even less often from here on out

I mean, they are all pretty much the same. Pretty ok, but a little expensive for the fast food you get. I almost never buy their overpriced burgers...they are too greasy anyways. But the shakes are good - even though they are overpriced too. I only go here when there is no Chick-fil-A close by.
