I come here quite frequently to share a large fry with my kids because it’s more than enough. However, this has been my large fry the last few times. . . I would not even consider this a regular. May have to stop coming because this has started to become a waste of my money.

Love the food and had it delivered via Doorsash. Bag was opened left in the rain and the food was soggy. Not sure if this is a Five Guys problem but the sticker that closes the bag was opened. Don't know why we had to eat soggy hamburgers.

I just came back to five guys after nearly 4 to 5 years was a bit rough on prices but they stepped up to the competition now there is no excuse why go to mkds while you can go to five guys and get quality and fresh nothing even close to five guys I was thrill with manager Gustavo en his team took good care of my order in no time gray atmosphere todays hit music playing what else can I ask something you can’t find on other fast food thank you five guys coming back again sooner than later highly recommend

The order took more than 20 minutes and I ordered it to go and normally they put tomato sauce on this order, they didn't even do it. I have gone to several establishments and of all the Five Guys this one disappointed me.

I consistently get very soggy undercooked fries at this location. It's a large disappointment. There's no way to ask for well done fries or anything on the app which is how I usually have to order. I feel like you shouldn't have to ask for cooked fries though. Everything else is done well . Just the fries are not good
