Fuente de Soda is absolutely spectacular. After living in Lima for a short period, I never thought I'd see a sanguchería like this in Northern Virginia. Their chicharrón and asado were amazing. Mixed with the salsa criolla, pan, ají, and camote, it's like being back in Miraflores. This place is an absolute hidden gem!
The food here is excellent but like other Peruvian restaurants, they don’t open on time , food takes a long time … many times this is what it makes us go and look for other options. This will make the business stuck and not grow.
La comida estuvo riquísima. Valió la pena la espera y la señora es muy atenta con sus clientes. Definitivamente recomiendo a todos pero eso si sean pacientes porque si es ocupado.
