Wanted to try for awhile and glad we did finally. Briskets were extremely tender and melted in our mouth. Seasonings was just right. Shrimp and chic pasta had an exquisite flavor almost lime fajita and curry seasonings mixed together. What a unexpected flavor.Servier was very kind and nice but had to wait awhile every time we has to ask for something, like straws, which we asked twice for and refill of diet coke which we never got.We will definitely come back and recommend to our extended family membersa d friends.

Parking: Located with two other restaurants with plenty of parking spaces.

Very upscale customer service from the professional staff. My first visit was in late May of 2023 for several projects in the Sterling area. I had the Key West Salad. The salad was so good that I made it a point to go, at least once every week. Overall, the level of service is exceptional. The Matre'd ( a young woman with very long red hair) was ultra professional. She was always friendly with a smile that wasn't flirty but made me feel welcomed. She sometimes waited on customers and was very good at that as well. In her normal position, she set the standard.I recommend this restaurant with pleasure.

We stop here whenever in the DC area. I love their freshly made burgers and hand cut fries. I'm a Nebraskan so I know my beef and these are one of the best burgers I've ever had.

We dined at Good Eats recently and the food was very good. I ordered the Charleston Salad with Spiced Pecans and loved it. The chicken was tender and the dressing and pecans, etc was delicious. I ordered the Hand Cut Fries as a side and they were soo good. Not too thick and not too thin. My husband ordered the Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich and I was envious. The chicken was tender and the prepared it on bread that was perfect, on the thinner side for a sandwich which was good. Not bulky bread that some sandwiches have, see photo. It was all around a great time. There was a group at the bar, so it was a little noisy and the wall is half open to the dining area from the bar, which allowed the noise to carry. If you request a booth further from the bar that might be quieter. But we were still able to hear each other talk at our table, so it was ok.The service was good, the waiter came around several times to check on us and our drinks.Since the food was great we’ll definitely return sometime soon!

Okay Okay

Michael was GREAT! The entire team did an excellent job! Karina explained the differences between Sweetwater Tavern and Good Eats when asked. Michael made us excellent drinks and everyone spoke to us. Now, let's get to the food. My wife is from Colombia and we have had fajitas in different parts of the world. However, this was by far the BEST we both have had. The tortillas were fresh. We were just dipping them in the fajitas juices and oils. The beans weren't an after thought. They were smoky and in a flavorful broth. The chicken and steak were good as well. Crispy outside but juicy. We will definitely be back! Thank you

Been here several times. Food is always good. Happy Hour $1 oysters are a hit with my friends and I. Good atmosphere both at the bar and in the restaurant area. Outside seating when it's warm out.

Came here with a friend and experienced good service. They don't have the shoestring fries that I like but the food was good. You have a lot more choice of the American restaurant favorites here they're all together on one menu. I really enjoyed the salad with the goat cheese and my hamburger was yummy too.

Bit of a story here... A group of 13 and they had tables for us, but then the storm hit. We sat for over an hour without electricity. We had to bail. The next night we decided to give Good Eats another try. They recognized us and set us up with free apps. Awesome service. Thanks!

Food was good. Cocktails left a little to be desired, but not too bad. Brunch chicken and waffles is chicken breast fillets - prepared well, but not the same as true fried chicken pieces.

Great Happy Hour, if you enjoy the other Great American Restaurants I highly recommend this place it has something for everyone! Haven't gotten a chance to check out Weekend Brunch yet, but excited to try this as we miss the Sunday Brunch at Arties.

Went in for an early dinner.. Got a lobster roll and chicken enchiladas. Food was good, and our server was attentive.

Went there for a Friday lunch for the first time and it was the best. Just as any other great American restaurant, it did not disappoint. I had a mango martini and it was delicious. I cannot wait to return and bring friends to try it as well.
