Grill Kabob of Dulles

I was there recently. The food was really good and the brown rice was so delicious 😋.Maroof, the manager, served the food on time.

Chicken had no flavor and rice was not fresh , service is miserable

This was a horrible experience I went their a week ago and it was busy for Ramadan and I went in the line and went to guy to order the food first off he was very aggressive and did not let me talk I was trying to tell him the sides that I wanted I got cut off and he already put the order in I tried to tell him but he didn’t listen and at that point I just didn’t want the food anymore because of this but I got the food first off it was wrong I order a beef kabab and chicken kabab combo and I got a chicken kabab this whole experience was absolute horrible I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I wish there was a zero stars. Absolutely terrible customer service. They lost a regular customer, they gave me a wrong order and accused me(the customer) of lying and the manager said their employee is telling him different stories. My order was simple, grill chicken salad.

Worst food ever, stay away

Maroof has a terrible attitude.He was at the cash register with his earphones in and was taking my order while talking on the phone with someone else.Also he just assumed I talk Spanish and started talking to me in Spanish and when I told him I’m not he rolled his eyes.

The food is good. We have been going to this place for almost 10+ years and have seen a huge portion change. The process went up, and the portion is 2x smaller than what we used to get.

But the food quality remains the same.

The food is not tasty and compare with the price not worth it.

This is the worst restaurant in town
I found a hair with the rice
And the owner won’t even ad Admitted Adm

Super tasty and you get so much food. Its not the cheapest place at the mall, but the value and flavor is there. The number 5 combo was enough to feed three. Service is a little slow but otherwise fine.

I had not complains about the food, although they had reduced the quantity.My complaint is about their SO CALLED MANGO LAZY, got one and what a horrible drink, they just pack the mango juice from Costco with ice, blended and that’s what you get for almost $6 dollars! I asked the person at the restaurant if it was a mango juice? He just gave me to try another more fresh one! Just because of this I won’t come back to this restaurant. And to the administration get a customer service class.
