I have been eating gyro platter for almost 11+ years and it's very disappointing to see how the quality went down. First the portion went down and now look at the amount of white rice. Even though I asked about brown rice to be included in the platter. They filled the box with white rice, even under brown rice there was a layer of white rice. Mayebe 4 table spoons of brown rice and the rest was white.
Also, the gyro tasted like it was sitting there for hours.
I hope they bring the quality back, like it was before.

The manager, Maruf, is extremely rude and unprofessional. He repeatedly messed up my orders and refused to take responsibility. Whenever I tried to point out the mistakes, he became defensive instead of fixing the problem. I used to be a regular customer, but after this happened multiple times, I stopped going altogether.

Felt inclined to leave this review. I saw a disabled gentleman who had multiple of his cards declined and a worker who seemed to be the owner gave it to him on the house. I was going to eat somewhere else but the kind gesture made me eat there and I enjoyed it.

This was a horrible experience I went their a week ago and it was busy for Ramadan and I went in the line and went to guy to order the food first off he was very aggressive and did not let me talk I was trying to tell him the sides that I wanted I got cut off and he already put the order in I tried to tell him but he didn’t listen and at that point I just didn’t want the food anymore because of this but I got the food first off it was wrong I order a beef kabab and chicken kabab combo and I got a chicken kabab this whole experience was absolute horrible I will not be returning to this restaurant.
I wish there was a zero stars. Absolutely terrible customer service. They lost a regular customer, they gave me a wrong order and accused me(the customer) of lying and the manager said their employee is telling him different stories. My order was simple, grill chicken salad.

Worst food ever, stay away
Maroof has a terrible attitude.He was at the cash register with his earphones in and was taking my order while talking on the phone with someone else.Also he just assumed I talk Spanish and started talking to me in Spanish and when I told him I’m not he rolled his eyes.

The food is good. We have been going to this place for almost 10+ years and have seen a huge portion change. The process went up, and the portion is 2x smaller than what we used to get.
But the food quality remains the same.
