This is our favorite I-HOP, with consistently. great food and service. Today was my birthday, so I showed my drivers license to our waiter Jonathan, for a free entree. He mentioned he has recently become an employee here. He was very helpful and took great care of us. Thank you Jonathan! (check #249111185)

First time and last time here. Went for a quick steak and eggs breakfast. And we have never left so fast from somewhere before. Both me and my husband are having stomach cramps and immediate nausea with vomiting At first they served my husband a raw steak when asked for medium rare so it was sent back and cooked longet which was fine but something about the steaks tasted off..

If you are ordering to go please check your order before you leave this Ihop. I literally sent it back twice with the server because they kept forgetting items I ordered yet it's on the receipt. The staff definitely doesn't pay attention to order notes or they can't read English well enough. I went there at 6 AM after working overnight and then only had two customers in the restaurant so it wasn't busy at all. Another customer was dealing with the same issues with his to go order. I wouldn't go back to deal with that. The food was ok nothing special.

My friend (of 65 years) and I met in Sterling and went to IHOP for breakfast.
Eduardo was our waiter. He was so nice, so pleasant and so terrific!
He patiently waited for us to make our selections. He explained some of the selections that we had questions about. We both got French Toast. The French Toast was excellent and thick slices of toast - so good - thank you cook! He brought our meals quickly and checked on us frequently.
Eduardo was so appreciative (and it showed on his face) when we asked if we could give his manager a compliment on his services.

This location has the worst reliability for take out orders. Twice in a row I’m missing half my food because they forgot to include the sides. Uber eats gave me 1-2 dollars back. Ordering takeout here is equivalent to wasting your money.

Waited 10 min at the door and another 15 min in the table no server not even water or a high chair for my son. Had to walk out because my kids were hungry. A guy name Luis stop at the table didn’t even say hello he said “I’ll be right back” and never did.

Me and my two other friends we went there and my friend ask for the refill water but server said him to drink the water that’s in table but it was my other friend water. He didn’t refill the water. That’s really disappointing food as really good but the service is disappointing
