This was my first time visiting an IHOP in the USA, and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. While the service was good—our server was attentive, friendly, and quick to bring our food—the overall experience was let down by the ambience.
The restaurant was not well-maintained, with multiple tables around us left uncleared and dirty dishes piling up. This gave the space a cluttered and unclean feel, which made it hard to enjoy the meal.
It’s disappointing because the staff seemed to be doing their best, but the lack of upkeep in the dining area made for an uncomfortable experience. I’m not sure I’ll be returning anytime soon.
the Berry D Treasure was 2 pieces of French toast and a variety of berries. it was okay, the berry combo didn't taste as good as expected.

Even if service is slow, servers are never rude and always want to make your experience good. They rush to fix any possible mistakes and always apologize when something goes wrong. For a cheap meal at an understaffed restaurant, this the best place you could possibly go.

We were headed grocery shopping and decided to stop at IHOP for breakfast.
Let’s start off with the positives. The pork sausage links were the best I’ve had recently at a restaurant. I was impressed with their bathroom. The floors weren’t sticky like at some other breakfast restaurants, thank you for that IHOP. I ordered a side of crispy bacon and it was crispy, so I was happy about that.
Negatives: When the pork sausage arrived they were cold and had to send them back. Once they brought new ones that were hot, they were delicious. The Hashbrowns were so-so, I wouldn’t order them again, personally. I guess I prefer McDonald’s Hashbrowns, because they are very crispy and hot. My husband said his meal wasn’t great. It was supposed to have cheese, but there wasn’t much cheese in the omelette and was just so-so.
The waitress wasn’t attentive and didn’t smile. There wasn’t silverware for me when we sat down and when the food arrived, no silverware. So my husband got up and went to an empty table and grabbed the new silverware that was wrapped in a new napkin for me.
I’m giving it four stars because the pork sausage was good once hot, the bacon and hot chocolate were good. Bathrooms were clean and there was ample seating. It will probably be a long time before we go back though.
Parking: Lots of parking in front and on the side of the restaurant.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicap parking spaces out front. The front door is accessible but there’s no auto-open button.

Stopped in for pancakes (of course!). Had a 15 minute wait to be seated due to large groups ahead of us. Once we two were seated, our server was fairly attentive and very personable. Our food took almost 30 minutes to get to our table, probably because of the large groups. Our meal did not come out altogether--the pancakes came out first, and then the eggs and bacon later. The quality of the food wasn't bad. The floors and areas were not very clean. Parking was free although the parking lot was fairly full when we arrived. Not sure we would return for another visit.
