Sat for 15 minutes and had to leave. At least 15 serviced and 2 managers walked by but not even looked at me once. I don’t know how these places survive with so many options around. Manager should be fired right away for not having any sense for customers. I would love for the owner to reach out to me if possible if he or she cares.

Last week I ate in for breakfast, ordered lunch to go, but forgot to take it with me. The next day the manager gave me a free lunch to go even though it was my mistake. Food is always great and servers are always nice. Thank you.

I took my family to IHOP and here's how my experience went:
There was one employee engaging with two guests putting in a to-go order. The lobby was quickly crowding up with people waiting to be seated. They probably should have had one employee dedicated to taking to-go orders and one employee dedicated to adding customers to the wait list. A gentleman who appear to be in a management position seated us after about 7 mins of waiting.
We ordered our food, but the eggs on everyone's plate was cold. We brought this to the attention of our server, Jonathan, and he put in a new order of eggs right away to make it right. We also ordered mozzarella sticks, but when we received them, they were lukewarm--indicated that they were undercooked.
This got the attention of the manager, who gave us a discount for the inconvenience of receiving cold food twice in the same sitting.
I'd say that the saving grace of this visit was our server, Jonathan. He was really attentive, personable, and dedicated to ensuring that we had the best experience as customers. We'd definitely give this IHOP another try as long as Jonathan is our server again.

This is a newer IHOP and is fairly clean. The wait staff is friendly, though very young and not as welcoming as one would be used to walking into an IHOP. After being seated, I waited several minutes for someone to ask if I was ready to order a beverage, even though several wait staff had walked by without so much as a glance. The restaurant was not busy at all, there was one other table and no shortage of wait staff. I had to flag down someone who then looked at me as if she had never seen a human being and did not know how to respond when I asked for a glass of water. A different wait staff person brought the water who was able to communicate and the rest of my dining experience went ok. The food was ok, the servings were demure. All in all, it wasn't awful. There is plenty of parking here. Wheelchair and assisted mobility friendly, too.
