Great place to buy real Italian espresso beans. Customer service has always been great for buying beans, espresso machines and customer servicer after purchase. They are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we are satisfied. We have been working with them for several years now and look forward to working with them in the future.
Recently took my Breville espresso machine for repairs. Unfortunately the parts weren't available for that machine, but they guided me through picking a much better machine that is serviceable and could last for much longer. They are extremely knowledgeable with high end prosumer espresso machines, and I ended up with the amazing Izzo vivi pid plus at a really great price.
I recently bought my DREAM machine from Italian Bean Delight.(Bezzera Duo) They were friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to walk me through the setup/maintenance schedule for the machine.It's easy to go down the rabbit hole of misinformation and opinions on espresso.
