The food is always good. The service and hospitality is usually poor. I went in for lunch and was the only one there. I wasn't even acknowledged until I finally said something. If you're busy, I don't mind waiting, but at least greet me and let me know you'll be right with me.

Dear Jersey Mike’s, today is September 15 2024. You have only 2 employees and too many customers waiting. Time is 4:15pm. Before I always seen at least 3 or 4 employees. What’s wrong?

I order a lot of subs from Jersey Mike’s. I placed an order for 9 sandwiches on the app. After arriving to the location on time it took another 20 minutes to get it ready. I took the bag and left. When I arrived I realized one of the sandwiches is missing. Also there were plastic pieces inside one sandwich which looked like cheese wrapping.

Went here 3 times. That got it right once. They do not excel at making food your way.

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch, it took 10 minutes for them to make my sandwich. After I got it, it came with everything on it without me asking. When I brought this up I got yelled at to tell them before they put it on the grill and they “fixed it” by taking everything including the bacon off and leaving some chicken.

Well, when I walked in, I was not greeted and the young lady Takeyah, Takeia, or however, you spell her name Was incredibly rude And threw my food down after I had told her I was here to pick up an order. She didn’t say hello. She was not friendly at all very dismissive and passive aggressive.

I ordered a $18 dollar club and they forgot to add bacon, i politely remind them and they added a small piece of bacon. When I asked for the normal portion the guy said bacon is too expensive to give me more. It’s a $18 dollar sandwich!! 2 pieces of bacon on the large sandwich is a minimum!

The is the first time at this location as always, the subs are good but what bothered me was the cross contamination as the server was making my sub. You do not take condiments off my sub and place them back into the container, they should go in the trash. Furthermore, you should clean up the prep area and not have food topping spread all over the prep counter. Doubt we will be back to this location, but we will continue to visit our local JM.

late web order. I yelled out hey I don't see my WEB ORDER pickup counter, at that moment I figured something was off because it's late now. Did get a reply sorry were backed up. But after seeing 6 walk in people completed first, my mood changed "if you don't want to make my sandwich I'll take my money back." no response. "You have my money are you making my sandwich?" After standing patiently. Why order on line if coming in gets faster service!
This would have been so different if there was some effort to take care of my order when they realized it was late. Not take care of all the walk-ins and then finally start my order. I left feeling penalized for ordering my food on line. If I wanted to not wait I could just leave, but they have my money. I could tell they were annoyed and didn't really want to be there. I would have preferred my money back. They left me stuck waiting for a +$19.06 sandwich add tax. Plus they nerve to ask for a tip. Old review 5 star DEL / now 1 star
