Jersey Mike's Subs

I walked in at 8:30pm. Sign on the door was lit up “Open.” I walked to the counter and there were 2 employees cleaning. One had his back turned and was putting away the tomatoes and lettuce bins. The other employee was literally right infront of me and didn’t make eye contact or say anything. There was a long pause, so I asked “are y’all still open?” The employee infront of me said, “well…. Kind of!” I just turned around and walked out. It was pretty clear the employee who gets paid to make subs, didn’t want to make a sub. Go figure! I don’t like to be disrespected nor disrespectful, but that service was terrible. I understand a soft closing, where you get everything ready to close down. But an entire 30 minutes before 9pm is crazy. Bad experience & I won’t be back! I guess this is what happens when employers hire teenagers that like to make their own rules… smh

Ordered over 16 meals and 2 gallons of Lemonaide and 1 gallon of unsweetened tea. Call Jersey Mike's and got an apology and they said they will deliver to us in 10 min. Mind u, we are only 5 min away per Google Map. 15 min later I get a call saying we have no more unsweeten tea and I asked to replace it with sweet tea. They said It will be another 20 min. So 30 min later we get a call stating they are having problems at their store. Smh. Why not check ur orders with the drivers before ypu send them put. MY team had to leave the job to get drinks because Jersey Mike messed up. Why offer catering if ya can't get a simple order right.
Sandwiches were dry as hell, and they must of made them too early cause the bread were soggy. So with all that, I will not be ordering from here when we come to Virgina.

I really don’t usually do reviews unless I feel like it well deserved or the complete opposite. I just want to say kudos to the person who made my chicken salad Sub correctly much love to you!!! omg the sandwich was so tasty!!!! it hard to find people that truly get your order right so when I mean extra meat I mean extra meat lol not no tiny little portions especially if i’m the one who paying for it so again kudos to the person who made my sandwich that really made my day thank you! and even though I order my food for pickup I like how clean the place was.

I had the roast beef and provolone sandwich Mike's Way and I would 10/10 recommend it. This was my first time at the restaurant & staff was super helpful in helping me order!

They are usually missing something, the register is messed up and they have to use a knife, they rarely change their gloves.

Came in to get a sub. Sub was $14. They didn’t have change. A little pathetic. Seemed like a very young staff. Didn’t really know what to do.

They make great subs but this location seems to run into a lot of issues. Grill not working, credit card machine down etc.

You have GOT to be kidding me.

We ordered 2 sandwiches. One just turkey, cheese, mayo, light mustard. And one number 13 all the way. No oil. A brownie, and a drink.
What we received were 3 sandwiches. A turkey, cheese, mayo, EXTRA mustard. A number 13 with no tomatoes or vinegar. A third sandwich which they may have shoved in just because they started the turkey and messed it up. No brownie. No napkins. And hardly any meat on any of it. I pictured my receipt to show everything that was ordered. The sheer lack if care is astounding.

I always only get the kids turkeys sub meal ... It always hit the spot.

Horrible service the sandwiches look gross
